The room not ready on time check in is 3pm arrived at 6pm and wait half hour more for give me clean room. The parking is to far to the hotel at the night not feel safe.

It is located inside a hospital, the entrance to the hotel lobby is the same entrance of the emergency. But the hotel was ok, useful

Staff was good and the room was cleaned. It was at times extremely cold with no extra blankets available, so just turn off the air conditioner and you will be alright, at least that worked for me. The TV was not working and the WIFI, at least during my stay, was terrible, but I was prepared and I was able to keep me entertain myself with my cell phone and some downloaded program in my IPad. During 2nd night (2 night stay) my door was knock twice, when I responded on both instances the staff replied “I didn’t know that someone was here”, this is problem, maybe is with the system or training issue, but that dropped my rating a couple stars. But the good thing, you are located in the medical center so if something happens to you help will arrive quickly, there is accesible cafeteria downstairs which they serve good food. Uber was easy to get just walking a few meters for pick up. Is convenient for business trips.

Travelers should know that these hotel rooms are in a hospital setting.

So much to say: first off there was no indication from Expedia that this hotel was located on the 4th floor of a hospital! You have to pay for parking per hour. Our room had only 3 bath towels (we had a family of 5, with room accommodating up to 6 people). When the water wouldn’t get cold to fill our water bottles we went to the fountain and it was out of service. We went to the ice machine and it wasn’t working. Went to raise the blinks when we arrived and a big metal thing landed on my hand. AC was blasting and the blankets were paper thin.

The hotelbwas in a hospital on a seperate floor. This was the only drawback. The staff were friendly and the beds were somebof the most comfortable Beds I've ever slept on. I recommend this place for those seeking a place to stay for easy access to the cruise port.

The room was very clean. They don't have a parking in the facility, but the parking lot in front of the building is a safe one.

Hotel on 4th gloor in hospital. Restaurants within walking distance. Beds comfy and air conditioner cool.

Un lugar excelente, el personal 10/10 lo único que hace mucho frío ya que es un hospital y el parqueo es complicado y aparte de que ahí que pagar por él después todo lo de más muy bien

Estacionarse es algo complicado ya que debes pagar el estacionamiento del cardiovascular si quieres estar cerca. También puedes estacionar en el estacionamiento de recinto ciencias médicas pero hay que caminar un poco más. Es un lugar que puedes utilizar para dormir si estás cuidando a alguien en centro médico. No hay personal de limpieza diario, pero en caso de necesitar algo como toallas limpias puedes caminar al mostrador y pedirlas y te las dan sin problema. Las habitaciones son comodas y casi nunca la persona del mostrador se encuentra en el mostrador pero si lo buscas por los alrededores lo encuentras. En fin es un lugar cómodo para descansar luego de un relevo del hospital.

Rooms were clean and worked great for a small family stay. Our room was next to the break room for hotel staff, so noise from them woke my wife a couple of times during the night. That would be my only complaint.

Located in a hospital. Exterior images on Hotels.com are misleading. Very difficult to find. Parking was $1 per hour, which was also NOT stated on Hotels.com.

One of the beds was not in a good condition. My daughter could not sleep that night because de bed was inclined to one side. So the next night we had to make reservation in other hotel because of that night experience.

Muy bueno el aire acondicionado y varias tiendas de comida alrededor.

ubicado dentro de un complejo medico universitario, hay todos los servicios cerca, excelente hotel para hospedarse si solo planeas llegar a un lugar donde solo necesitas dormir, no cuenta con ninguna amedidad. Ningún día hicieron limpieza de la habitación a pesar de que se dejaba puesto el letrero en la puerta del cuarto.

Habitación sucia, toallas y jabón usados. Cama sin hacer y comida de huéspedes anteriores. Se habló en front desk y la limpiaron.
