サラヤ コーニッシュ ホテル

空港からタクシーで約１５分。イスラム美術館等の美術館にそれぞれ１０分程度の徒歩で行ける立地のよい場所にあります。 ショッピングなど発展した街中に行くには、タクシーかメトロで移動する必要があるので、美術館巡りするならオススメのホテルです。 ホテルのレストラン使わなかったので味はわかりません。 ウェルカムドリンクを頂いたり、たいへんよいサービスでアメニティも充実してました。オリジナルのシャンプー等は残った奴を持って帰りやすいミニチューブ式で大変良かったです。 値段も安く非常に満足できました。

ホテルのスタッフはみんな親切で、協力的でした。外で買ったサンドイッチを、カフェテリアのレンジであたためてくれた。 部屋の内装もかわいくて、清潔。 シャワーのお湯の温度が低いのと、出が悪いのが改善されれば文句なし。

静かでよかった。また機会があれば泊まりたい

自称5つ星だが3.5からよくて4つ星ホテル。チェックインしてエレベーターで上の階に行くとふかふか絨毯の廊下なので「さすがに5つ星」と思ったが、バスルームにはハンドタオルもフェイスタオルもなく大きなバスタオルだけ。シャワーを浴びて「少しぬるいな」と思った後2人目が入ると何とぬるま湯から水のようなシャワーになった。翌日朝食後部屋へ帰るとキーが開かない。何度修理してもダメなので部屋をチェンジ。この部屋の内側から掛ける鍵のドアの金具がないので役に立たない。部屋に体重計があったので使おうとした所故障で使えない。フロントに言いキーを修理してもらったスタッフにも言ったが何にも音沙汰なし。 このホテルで一番気に入ったのはドアボーイ。チェックアウトしてタクシーを呼んでもらおうとしたが、ホテルの前にいなかった所ドアボーイが広い道路まで走って行って呼んで来てくれた。

Location is very nice to go Islam musium, Islam center, and Suke. Stuff is friendly, but when l changed money, the recite was printed back of anotherones passports printed paper.

空港からも車で20分と近く、宿泊料の割に豪華な部屋に滞在できました。 早朝の出発にも関わらず、特別にルームサービスで朝食を届けてくれて、パブリックタクシーが拾えないとわかるとホテルのリムジンをタクシーと同料金で手配してくれて親切でした。ただ部屋のエアコンの音がうるさいのが唯一残念でした。

Hotel was nice and clean the room was comfy and perfect. The location is good too but catching normal taxi will take time sometimes since its not located at the main, and the hotel always try to let me use hotel taxi which cost more than doible than normal taxi. Qatar normal taxi is clean and very cheap, never cheat you because they have a meter. Better take normal taxi if you dont wanna waste your money, need to wait a bit or book the taxi in advance. The staff in reception are not much friendly. They take quite long time to check in and out.

立地もよく、スタッフも丁寧でよい。部屋もきれいで過ごしやすい。バスローブも完備。テレビ台があるのでソファでもベッドでもテレビを見られる。あと、地下駐車場から直接客室に行けるのもよい。

Erityisen rähnäinen ja likainen hotelli, suppea aamupala, jossa oli yksi kahvikone, joka hajosi ja leipä loppui useaan kertaan. Esitetelty kuitenkin 5 tähden hotellina.

We liked the decor, room was spacious and good amenities.

We booked 8 days based on 5 star, pictures and reveiw, was disapointed to find our room was worn and had various small small damages in walls, joints and a broken mirror in wardrobe. After i wrote a small complaint back to Hotels.com website, the Hotel manager met me outside, as i was leaving for a day trip..to offer us an upgrade to a JuniorSuite on 9th floor. This gesture was very nice of him to arrange without fuss. Overall very clean hotel,rooms cleaned daily, the guys left aircon on all time. still small items of plaster could be fixed and a few electric switches tightened. The 2 big security staff for the hotel are first class. They stopped party goers getting in our elevator (14th floor has a bar disco open to outsiders), the rightside elevator you need room key to go up. Great guysth, and the parking attendant also was very efficient, we drop car offeach day, got ticket and left him to it. The main restaurant is large and clean, huge selection on menu but not sure all dishes actually available. The china restaurant is open to all from outside and was full smokers but food was good. Dont use the toilet there though as its actually outside and disgusting. There is a Small as in TINY kiosk shop at steps to main door open 24hr apart from prayers. Prices a bit higher than souk but handy. Overall a very nice stay.walking distance to Souk Wadi, camel souk etc. Remember uk style electric sockets. With a bit of paint and maintenance this could return to its 5 star glory days.

Nice hotel

Everything was perfect.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück lecker. Die Lage ist auch super. Die Zimmer sind jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen und da wir von Donnerstag bis Samstag da waren, haben wir beide Nächte den Nachtclub im obersten Stockwerk aushalten müssen. Er war auch im 9. Stock deutlich zu hören. Der Teppich hat etwas unangenehm gerochen.

Hotel needs updating

Very courteous staff, my second time stay at Saraya...good location.

Me and my friend assumed we were staying at a five star hotel and were disappointed on our arrival. We have stayed in plenty of luxury hotels which were 5* and felt we were mislead. Pros: Staff are amazing from reception, security to cleaning and maintenance. They just cant enough. Room - room size is generous for 2 people. We appreciated the extra space. Cons: Rooms - Are very outdated especially bathroom where we had many issues from sink being blocked, shower faults and loose toilet seat. We also had issues with safe when we arrived and phone in room. Noisey - Take ear plugs as you will hear noise coming from 14th floor and also elevator constantly pinging. Breakfast- way below average and not worth paying extra for. Options were repeated daily, and were limited. Staff were constantly asked to top up food including cups which they later replace with plastic coffee cups. They dont serve friuits like many hotels do, it appears rationed by being cut up and placed on a average plate for guests to take, same with yogurt. Only had 1 coffee machine and one toaster which was breaking daily while we were there. Gym - limited time to access which was a disappointment, even with times stated on wall, staff seem to change times to suit them. Most hotel gyms are 24 hours. Water machine is not replenished unless you go look for someone to change. Roof top - was looking forward to this and was closed throughout our stay! Overall, i wish they were honest with their star ratings
