朝食が美味しかったです。

トラムやメトロの駅に近くて良かった。朝食も美味しく、満足。

地下鉄直結でロケーションは最高でしたが、通り交通量が多く騒音がしましたが、窓を閉めると問題ありませんでした。スタッフは夜の7時半にはいなくなりますが、部屋や建物玄関は同じ4桁のコードで開けられ、Late Arrivalの人にはCode番号がメールで送られてきます。部屋もきれいでしたが、掃除はが少し手抜き気味で日によってお風呂場の掃除やタオル交換がされていないことがあったのでフロントに伝え対応してもらいました。　エレベーターがフロアの中間階にあるので、玄関入ってすぐと、すべての階で0.5階分階段を使わねばならず、大きなスーツケールのある方は注意が必要です。

Minha experiência nesta acomodação foi extremamente decepcionante e não condiz com a classificação de 4 estrelas. O primeiro ponto de insatisfação foi a logística do check-in, que exigiu o deslocamento até um local diferente do prédio principal. A ausência de uma recepção ou de qualquer funcionário no local da hospedagem é um problema grave, pois inviabiliza a comunicação imediata para resolver questões urgentes. O serviço de limpeza foi consistentemente insatisfatório. Em um dos dias, ao retornarmos, encontramos o quarto com as janelas abertas, o que é uma falha inaceitável, devido à baixa temperatura externa (cerca de -5°C), o quarto estava extremamente frio. Além disso, a equipe de limpeza não repôs as toalhas de banho, forçando-me a me dirigir ao hotel de check-in, tarde da noite, para solicitar toalhas e um tapete de banheiro. A situação se repetiu no último dia, quando a limpeza foi totalmente negligenciada. O lixo não foi retirado a cama não foi arrumada e o papel higiênico não foi reposto no banheiro. Em resumo, a má qualidade do serviço de limpeza e a falta de suporte no local tornam a experiência lamentável. Pelos problemas apresentados, não recomendo esta acomodação, que claramente não atende aos padrões esperados de um estabelecimento de 4 estrelas.

Clean place, nice room

Needs improved soundproofing! Staff were very pleasant and apologetic in the end. Room was clean and warm, breakfast was unremarkable but decent. Water pressure in the shower was excellent and there was a kettle and tea/coffee in the room. Mattress was firm but comfortable. However, the bedframe was old and incredibly noisy, and the noise from the large road out front was very loud and incessant through the night. Earplugs (provided for free from front desk, so clearly not a one off) helped on the second night, but opted to change hotel for the third. Get a balcony room facing onto the garden and you're probably fine. Ground floor room facing the road is not recommended.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the train station and several restaurants. However, since it is built directly above the station, staying on the 4th floor means you can feel the trains passing by — even the bed and wardrobe vibrate at times. The room is clean but quite dark, with only three dim yellow lights and no air conditioning. Opening the window makes the room too noisy. I stayed for five nights, and even after the scheduled cleaning, items like coffee and tissues were not replenished. On the positive side, the price is reasonable, the room is spacious, and the check-out process is very convenient — you simply click the link in the confirmation email.

Chambre spacieuse. Réception se fait depuis un hotel voisin. Au 3ème étage, les bruits de ville, les sirènes sont perceptibles. La première nuit surprenante , mais on s'habitue. A 15 min de marche des premières attractions. Tres correct.

The food was very fresh, healthy and tasty 😋. The people were very frindly, nice and multi lingual.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer vierspurigen Einbahnstraße, die tagsüber sehr belebt ist. Wir hatten zum Glück ein Zimmer nach hinten mit einem netten Balkon. Eine Metro und Straßenbahn - Haltestelle liegt weniger als 50 m entfernt an der Kreuzung der nächsten Querstraße. Die Rezeption war nicht besetzt, unser Check-In und Check-Out erfolgte in einem anderen Hotel (etwa 70 m entfernt) an der gleichen Straße. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Beim Frühstück wurde das Buffet ständig wieder aufgefüllt, das Buffet war reichhaltig. Wir waren als Paar (60+) für zwei Tage in dem Hotel.

Väldigt bra läge med närhet till kollektivtrafik. Funkar kanon att gå till centrum på ca 20 min. Helt ok rum, sängarna va sköna. Lite småslitet men inte så att det störde helheten. Frukost var bra med tanke på priset.

Hotel is in a great location. Tram and metro stop is very close by. Square is in walking distance. Great bars and restaurants nearby as well. Hotel is a bit dated but had everything you need. Bed was comfy, fridge in the room and shower was great. We had a balcony room, oversaw the courtyard. There is a bar behind the hotel but they stop people from sitting outside at a decent time and you can’t hear them in your room. Breakfast was good each morning.

Virklige et dejligt hotel til penge, morgenmaden er ikke noget jeg ville købe med en anden gang.

Fully equipped, very nice room, located at main street, however could get a bit noisy with cars at night. Toiletries and fan is provided, really good breakfast definitely worth the money for the breakfast. Room service is good. Check in reception at other hotel which is 2 mins walk away. Can’t ring reception but could WhatsApp, also provide luggage storage service. Close to tram station.
