1st day when we arrived the hot water was not there.... wifi is super weak, aircon is bear minimum. The landry jas never arroved in time and needed to call twice to get my washed clothes with 12hours delay and then of course they chatged fully.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Always love the chocolate chip cookies at check-in ;) Appreciate the pillows and spacious rooms.

The room had an unpleasant smell, reminiscent of stale milk. It was impossible to open the window to air it out before bed because the windows were permanently closed. There was no water in the room or anywhere in the hallway. There was only paid water from the bar. This was the first time I'd encountered such a problem in a hotel. Every hotel always provides water in the guest room or a bottle and a dispenser in the hallway for refilling. Finally, breakfast. We requested scrambled eggs with onions and vegetables (tomatoes, peppers, fresh chives, etc.), a very basic dish. Instead, we received an omelet with mushrooms (mushrooms are not vegetables; they're a separate category). The omelet was also very salty, even extremely salty. Later, I showed them a photo of the dish I was referring to—scrambled eggs—and we still received an omelet, but slightly mixed to make it a bit more like scrambled eggs. However, it wasn't what we asked for. If the chef can't prepare such a simple dish, he can always tell me and invite me into the kitchen, and I'll make it myself. It's really not a problem for me, I just ask for honesty and the opportunity. The situation was somewhat saved by the lady at the front desk, who was very kind.

The cost of €16,00 each time we wanted to use the pool is a joke. We were not aware of this and the staff did not care. Wifi was horrible and the front desk had to give us a router to connect.

Soggiorno solo di passaggio per andare a Budapest…albergo in ottimo condizioni, pulito e silenzioso…

J’ai réservé 2 chambres. Nous avons eu 4 car surclassés. C’est top cela fait 8 ans que nous venons dans cet hôtel. Avec le changement de propriétaire le parking est devenu gratuit. Il y a une boutique nous avec pu acheter des produits utilisés dans les douches et crèmes pour le corps ! Petit déjeuner top !

We loved everything, with the exception of having to pay for parking. The front office staff was very kind and helpfull. They are a great addition to your company!

Service not OK. We had to ask for ways to heat the room that was very cold. No water pressure in the shower.

Albergo di grande livello. Camere grandi e comode. Bella la visuale sul fiume. Spa veramente bella e funzionale. Colazione abbondante e variegata. L'unica pecca un po lontana dal centro storico
