シティセンターからは距離があるのでタクシーが必須。 予約シートに朝食に関する記載がなく、チェックイン時に尋ねたら宿泊費に含まれていると言われたのにもかかわらず、チェックアウト時に強硬に請求された。 それがなければ印象は非常に良かったのに、朝食の件で台無しになってしまった。

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was amazing. I loved the property and yes it’s not close to the old town but I didn’t mind it (10 minute car ride). Loved the pool and restaurant.

A small gap to get my "excelent" evaluation

They put the air condition at 77F and they said it for them it’s good we couldn’t sleep because it’s so hot. There was no toilet paper no complimentary water. My mother got allergy from the fish she ate at the restaurant. We had to take her to the hospital. The restaurant was horrible we waited 1.5 hours for food and my mom as I said got an allergic reaction The bath tub is very high almost impossible to get in no shower The staff at the hotel non cooperative especially the manager I would recommend never to stay there and not to list this hotel

The WiFi was non existent and the cellular service was very weak at that location. Almost disconnected from the outside world

This is my second stay at the hotel and I was somewhat disappointed. The hotel room looks a bit tired and I’m need of freshening up. The pool and spa also. Our room was cleaned and we had to ask for clean towel and toiletries. Staff were friendly and courteous however the hotel itself needs a little refresh.

The building is outdated, tired and due for renovation. There is no electrical outlet in the bathroom and the tub leaked so badly it flooded the floor. The onsite Romanian restaurant was very good, however. Otherwise I would have had to rate the hotel as poor.

The hotel is old and rusty, it has 5 stars but in reality it looks like a 3 stars, the rooms and spa need some updates and renovations, the price is very high compared with what it offers.

Helpful and friendly staff. Clean, large room & comfortable bed.

Good hotel next to a wonderful park and a good restaurant.

Buon Hotel, posizione comoda (anche se lontano dalla città), facilità di parcheggio. Ho usufruito anche del ristorante a fianco all'hotel (sempre di gestione Hilton) e merita. Colazione decente (mi aspettavo quel qualcosa in più...). Camere confortevole e pulita

Overall hotel was nice with lots of parking space. The only downside was breakfast served in hotel was basic, it was not 5 star standards.

The room was very clean, the personnel helpfull, we asked for our room to be changed as it was facing the street and the noise was bothering us and the receptionist was very kind and gave us a new room on the spot, far away from the street noise! The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of dishes, suitable for any taste!

Nice hotel. Big room. Good food on a nice terace.
