The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was amazing. I loved the property and yes it’s not close to the old town but I didn’t mind it (10 minute car ride). Loved the pool and restaurant.

Loved the fact that they had a hair salon but shame it was closed during my stay. The food was very delicious at the Romanian restaurant, even better than at a restaurant in Old Town that we tried. Spa nice but wish it closed later (at 11pm) rather than 10pm

They put the air condition at 77F and they said it for them it’s good we couldn’t sleep because it’s so hot. There was no toilet paper no complimentary water. My mother got allergy from the fish she ate at the restaurant. We had to take her to the hospital. The restaurant was horrible we waited 1.5 hours for food and my mom as I said got an allergic reaction The bath tub is very high almost impossible to get in no shower The staff at the hotel non cooperative especially the manager I would recommend never to stay there and not to list this hotel

This is my second stay at the hotel and I was somewhat disappointed. The hotel room looks a bit tired and I’m need of freshening up. The pool and spa also. Our room was cleaned and we had to ask for clean towel and toiletries. Staff were friendly and courteous however the hotel itself needs a little refresh.

Everything was ok , maybe the curtains to old still for Hilton hotel. Better to put some flys and mosquitos protection door , we had few flys who disturbed our stay.

Hotel is located a bit out of town so walking into the old town is not possible but it is very near the village museum so if you are looking for tranquil location then this is ideal.
