ホテル カーサ カプサ

入口がちょっと分かりづらい。ホテルに向かって右手側に回り込んだ所にあります。 他のルーマニアの都市で泊ったホテルはいずれもフロント係の愛嬌が良かったが、このホテルはちょっと機械的な対応で、首都故の硬さなのかなあと思ったり。（愛想のよい人もいましたが、全く笑わない人も…） 部屋の内装は昔の調度品のように豪勢なのですが、それゆえやや重苦しい雰囲気に感じるかも。また、バスルームが狭く、トイレに座ると脚が洗面台にぶつかったり、バスタブから少しでもお湯をこぼすとバスルーム全体が水浸しになってしまうなどの問題あり。 また、備え付けのヘアドライヤーは後ろの部分が破損しており、誤って指を入れてしまったら大怪我をする可能性があります。これを放置しているのはどうなのでしょうか… 近くにレストランやスーパーもあり立地は悪くないですが、「国民の館」などの観光地までは20分程度歩く必要があります。 朝食も悪くはないですが、5つ星ホテルというほどのクオリティではなく、4つ星ホテルくらいに考えておくべきかもしれません。 ただ、本来12時チェックアウトの所、体調が悪いのでレイトチェックアウトさせてくれないか頼んだところ、無料で1時半まで居させてくれたのは感謝しています。（無論、いつでもそのような対応をしてくれるわけでは無いでしょうが、その時非常に体調が悪かったため大変助かりました） 総じて悪いホテルではないのですが、5つ星というクオリティではないかもしれません。4つ星くらいに思っておけば納得できるはず。

For a 5-star hotel, this was severely lacking. There was no iron or ironing board, and despite asking the hotel reception we were not provided one. Check-in was pretty onerous. We had to fill in forms and also provide the same information verbally. The hotel itself had a nice bed, good air conditioning and a very good shower pressure. It also had a good location in the centre of Bucharest! Depending on what you're looking for, this hotel could be good or bad, but don't book it if you want to spend a lot of time in the hotel.

Casa Capșa is a beautiful historic hotel, and I have no complaints about the age of the building, the traditional furniture, or the carpets. It is a historic property, and I understand that preserving its character is part of its appeal. My concerns are about things that directly affect guest comfort and safety and that can be improved without changing the hotel’s historic nature. The biggest issue was the bathroom. The bathtub is equipped with a folding splash screen that does not effectively keep water inside the tub. Every shower resulted in a significant amount of water on the bathroom floor, leaving it wet and very slippery. I requested extra towels to manage the water, and I got them immediately, but they quickly became completely soaked. To make matters worse, the hair dryer is permanently mounted on the wall, forcing guests to stand in the wet area while drying their hair. The room’s beverage setup was also disappointing. Instead of proper glasses and cups, disposable paper cups were provided. This is a small detail, but it does not reflect the level of quality and attention to detail that guests generally expect from a five-star hotel. The bedding was another weak point. The linens and overall sleeping experience felt basic and lacked the comfort and quality that are associated with a 5 star hotel. This being said, the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and I loved the location.

Capsa's location is great, close to everything: Cismigiu, restaurants and libraries. Also, the sweet treats and service at Capsa shop is exquisite. The staff accomodated my mom's needs promptly. We had a nice sejour!

Had a wonderful stay . Hotel is a very old building from 19th century. It was giving museum vibes as well.

The only positive thing about this hotel is the location in the center of Bucharest. Everything else sucks from air condition not working to outdated furniture , dirty old carpets. Maybe the hotel was a hit 100 years ago but nothing change in 100 years. Breakfast was also pretty poor, you can step out of the hotel and have a million places to enjoy . They did not make the bed from one day to another only changed the towels Very disappointing, this is not a 5 star hotel.

Bra läge verkligen mitt i city center men väldigt gammal stil och inte renoverats senare 30 åren känns det som. Internet funkade personalen trevlig men i övrigt mycket att önska

Hotel staff was not very welcoming or helpful, but it has a wonderful history and many charming features.

Good clean hotel. Perfect location if you want to walk around and see Bucharest. The staff felt a bit impersonal.

Can not fault. Staff were friendly and welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and well kept. Shower had great water pressure. Location was perfect.

Room was hot, A/C would not cool down since it’s one unit connected to the hotel and they had heater due to cold weather outside. They did sent me a fan.. When checking out, staff charged me incorrectly for breakfast and then just said to email them for reimbursement. Breakfast was not the best, very crowded and host had attitude. Would not stay here again.

Till att börja med var mannen i receptionen väldigt otrevlig. Han frågade oss tre gånger vem som skulle bo med vem, och blandade ihop namnen och rummen när jag försökte förklara. Hans beteende var inte professionellt och hans engelska var väldigt dålig. Även om jag hade bokat två deluxe-rum med två enkelsängar på 22 kvadratmeter, var det ena rummet som på bilderna medan det andra var mycket mindre. Vi hittade en fläck på en av morgonrockarna som inte hade försvunnit i tvätten. Vi hittade också ett insekt i rummet, som en kackerlacka. Vi försökte äta frukost eftersom vi inte hade bokat det i förväg. Mannen som arbetade där lät oss inte ens ta en titt på området och se vad vi kunde äta. Han pekade på sin klocka och frågade envist vilket rumsnummer vi hade, trots att vi förklarade att vi först ville titta. Han kunde inte engelska alls. Det hade ingen koppling till ett femstjärnigt hotell. Det enda fina var byggnadens arkitektur och läget.
