ホテルスタッフはとでも親切。 朝食は種類も豊富で満足

City Centreと言う割には周囲にレストランがない。 休日に、ホテル前の道路が通行止めになり、Uberで車を呼ぶのに苦労した。あの日だけだろうか？

ブカレストに夜遅く到着したのですが、地下鉄駅に近く安心してホテルまで移動できました。スーパーやマクド、空港行きのバス停も近くにあり立地条件も最適です。スタッフも感じよく、部屋も清潔で申し分のないホテルです。

3泊したが快適だった。部屋が非常に清潔でスペースがあり、くつろげた。 また、ルーマニアに行くことがあれば、利用したい。

建物、部屋がとてもきれいで、快適に過ごせました。アメニティも揃っており、シャワールーム、トイレも清潔でした。フロントのスタッフもフレンドリーで、こちらからの要望にもテキパキと対応してくれました。唯一の欠点は、バスタブがないことぐらいでしょうか。

I'm very grad to find the nice hotel in Bucharest! It's new hotel in the safety area of city center. The room is stylish design with efficient facility. Hotel staffs are kind and smart. I will stay this hotel again!

Evet genel olarak temiz ve güzel bir oteldi

Very clean room, lots of space and seating. Breakfast was ok. Towels were very small and not the softest.

The carpet in the room was really old. It was cold at night, we asked the reception for a blanket and they told us to come downstairs and get it. The next day we saw that the blanket was dirty and we deliberately put it on the floor so they could replace it, but when they cleaned the room, they simply turned the blanket over so that they wouldn't see it. Of course, I came and turned to see everything. And they put a blanket from the floor with a stinky stain on the bed. Just disgusting.

The Mercure is conveniently located and delightfully maintained. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were pleasant, clean, and had nice amenities for travelers. I dined at the restaurant for breakfast and several other meals and found it to be of good quality. Definitely recommend!
