The staff was fantastic. I had some missing luggage from our airport arrival and they went above and beyond to help us out. The hotel is also beautiful and located centrally in the historic district with plenty of restaurants and beautiful buildings to see.

It is a beautiful building that was once a grand bank. It has great amenities, including a cocktail bar in the former vault, and a pool and spa. Very lovely, friendly staff too. A few properties nearby are undergoing renovation, but don't let that put you off.Some local cafes for breakfast just outside and the 'old town' is minutes away.

The Marmorosch is a wonderful property. Was greeted as we exited our transfer vehicle from the airport. Check in was smooth and bellhop took our bags to our room. Our room was clean and nice. Room was cleaned and linens changed daily. The Marmorosch’s Spa was gorgeous with indoor pool, steam and dry sauna.Breakfast was an incredible experience with options of made to order and omelets to eggs Benedict. The Lounge was inviting, and a nice area to relax and congregate.

Room was nice although we didn't manage to switch off the heating. Breakfast was expensive. Otherwise, lovely hotel.

O hotel é extremamente bem cuidado, quartos super confortáveis, staff educada e otimas opcoes de bares, especialmente o The Vault, alem de ser muito bem localizado, permitindo fazer muita coisa a pé pela cidade. Recomendo, preço justo para o que oferece, ao menos quando visitei (inverno).

Great location for a long weekend. Close to the Old Town and convenient to most of the sites.

The hotel staff were welcoming and the first impression as you walk in to the lobby is impressive. Our room was clean, comfortable and stylish. The spa staff were super friendly and helpful too, Gym facilities are fairly small and not many machines however adequate for a hotel gym. We found the really cool cocktail bar, ‘the vault’, to the right of the lobby somewhat by accident and tried to go in for a cocktail but were greeted with a rude response from the bar staff as we didn’t have a reservation and made to feel that we were an inconvenience as they had a private function in the back room, this made us uncomfortable so we left. The main bar off the lobby is a beautiful space however we didn’t use it as we were exploring in the unexpected 60cm of snow that graced our trip. Great time, great hotel, great city

Beautiful hotel. Helpful and friendly staff in all areas of the hotel. Great gym. Good location. Would stay again. I could hear some activity in the hall during the night, but it wasn't very disruptive and you get this at most hotels.

Grand hotel with impressive common spaces and a superb bar in the original vault (make sure you get a reservation even for cocktails) Rooms were decent size and well appointed. Breakfast excellent Only point of warning is the spa (which is very nice) is quite small and therefore difficult to use at busy times. Maybe try a different hotel if this is your main requirement as you could be disappointed Hotel is well located close to the old town and also near shopping areas and most of the tourist sites
