基本的に 快適に生活することができました。 一度、ボイラーerrorが発生し、お湯が出なくなりましたが、質問すると すぐに対処してくれてよかったです。 初めてのRomaniaでしたが、楽しく生活することができました。ありがとうございます。

Posizione ottima, parco vicino casa molto bello, tantissime bakery per fare colazione (anche se spesso aprono tardi) e un comodissimo market letteralmente sotto il palazzo dell'appartamento, aperto fino alle 23. La metropolitana è una svolta, si trova a 5 minuti a piedi e ti porta al centro città. L'arredamento è moderno, il letto è comodo e la vista dall'alto è molto bella. Alcuni aspetti più negativi sono, temperature dei termosifoni molto elevate (non siamo riusciti a capire in 4 giorni come abbassare la temperatura, ma magari è stata colpa nostra), la pulizia che è mediocre, non terribile, le cose veramente importanti come letto e doccia sono ok, pavimenti, tappetti e angoli non bene e divano terribile, particolarmente sporco. Noi non abbiamo usufruito di lavatrice e cucina.

Ms. Elena was an excellent host and helped us anytime we had a question. The apartments we have stayed at here were in excellent shape, Quiet, comfortable and clean The elevators were quick and operational. The kitchen and washing machines came in very handy to have inside the units. Around the property they have small shops and a Mega Image mini market that has anything you may need. One tip I'd have for future travelers is to call your Uber at the main entrance so that they may find you easier. There are other exits and Uber's location tracker may send drivers to another part of the complex. Will definitely stay here every time I come again.

Spacious, comfortable, and reasonably priced apartment in walking distance of cafes and grocery stores.

Excellent location. Room was nice, quiet and convenient check in/out. The young lady in charge was very helpful and tended to all our requests. Will definitely book again.

Logement bien situé, au calme, literie de la chambre confortable mais la couette était trop petite par rapport au lit, elle faisait que de glisser par terre, le canapé lit était cassé et réparer avec 2 visses pas très rassurants pour faire dormir 2 enfants dedans.. la cuisine manquait d’équipement type ciseaux, boîte alimentaire etc Le tapis de la chambre n’étais pas propre ainsi que des cheveux retrouvé dans la douche à notre arrivée.

Great big place for a reasonable price. Close to pipiera metro station which is only 20 min ride to central bucharest.

Disgusting, I would never stay here again or advise anyone else to stay here. The rooms were barely clean, there was so much noise in the surrounding area both day and night, the bed was super uncomfortable and they advertise having both a gym and a pool (pretty much the only reason I booked this place) - and they have neither of those things

Appartement très bien situé avec commodités au pied de l immeuble (restaurants, supermarché, etc.). Pourrait avoir un 10 sur 10 si il y avait eu du gel douche, des serviettes de meilleures qualités et une machine à laver qui fonctionne. Sinon cela reste quand même très bien hormis ces détails.

The apartment is nice and cozy but definitely needs some update and toiletteries

I have three major issues with this stay: 1) False Advertising--they state on hotels.com that there is a pool and gym as part of the stay but the gym and pool are a SEPARATE business and outside of the building. I even scoured the website under fees and fine print to see if there was a charge for them and none were stated. I even read the reviews for information and there wasn't any. I have no problems paying for additional amenities IF IT WERE STATED as so, instead of giving the false impression that all this was included. 2) Disorganized-- They emailed me before my check in and I told them I would check in around 3 pm. They replied with a form email with a number I should call 30 minutes before arriving at the accommodation. From the airport I called several times over the course of 30 minutes only to be told I need to call another number before that employee only works after 6pm. When I emailed them of my complaint about the false advertising of the pool there was no response. They would prefer to not deal with the issue and let it disappear on it's own. 3) Broken items-- The heating wasn't working in the bedroom and thus was cold at night during sleep. The power outlet the kettle in the kitchen uses shorts out the electricity in the whole apartment. We called them and they came to fix it only to verify that it's a known issue in that apartment yet they have done nothing about it. The bed was warped and sunken, made for a horrible sleep.
