The virw was outstanding and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I did not like having to climb the stairs, although we got assistance with the luggage but I think there is a need for an elavator.

My stay was fine, the hotel is old - staff is nice and friendly, there is only one restaurant. i thought it was a bigger hotel with more options.

The beach was beautiful. That was the only nice thing about Bay Gardens Resort. It was not a resort at all. Hardly anyone there yet they had no beach towels, they were being washed. Breakfast was skippy at best. Food was poor quality. Staff looked annoyed to be there. Our bathroom had a moldy bath mat. The gym was a shack with old furniture. If you’re used to nice places when you travel this isn’t it. I felt I was at a motel!

Beds were to hard for our liking, the resort food was over priced,only ate there 1time,the grounds are beautiful and staff was wonderful, they have daily and nightly themes

The Property was clean, and the staff were very friendly. I liked that the room had all the items needed for a short stay. Would recommend!!

The property was okay. there's construction going on so that was a downer. my main issue was that I wasn't able to get an upgrade and that breakfast was not included in that astronomical price for this hotel category. At $200 USD per night most 3 star hotels offer breakfast all over the world. This was not the case and a huge negative for me especially in the Caribbean

The Bay Gardens Beach Resort and Spa met and even exceeded all of my expectations. I would definitely like to return on my next trip to St. Lucia.

I have a fabulous time. The staff was great. The food was great. The beach was great.

I had the VIP status but they still put us in a room with construction happening right outside. I couldn’t sit on the balcony because of the noise and we couldn’t leave the curtains open because of the lack of privacy. The resort only moved us after I made many requests and sent a message to Expedia. Once I did message Expedia, we were moved quickly. Our next room was good. The reception staff were friendly and some of the restaurant staff were nice but we felt that many of the resort workers were unhelpful and unhappy. Because of this, we all felt uncomfortable asking for anything even though we had the all inclusive package.

5 star for the beach very nice clear and calm water good for the kids specially the water park, the property is great walkable to restaurants and shopping mall. Service is not good, staff is not approachable and not smiling but thanks to ANVILLA (BGBR) who serves us with a smile makes us very happy with her service unlike the other ones sims not happy with their job. And shout out also to HELLENA and BIANCA from the sister hotel (BGH) serves us with a smile uswell like ANVILLA giving 3 of them a 5 star for their service. Food is okay sometimes they don’t refill the food if you came late for buffet. But still happy for the BEACH and WATERPARK highly recommend for the little ones!

I loved rhe access to the water park. My son had a blast. The staff was kind and helpful. I enjoyed the food and drinks. The beach was clean and well maintained. I'd go back again without hesitation.

Overall The staff was very accommodating and attentive to your needs- the dining room staff- especially Candi was extraordinary. They were consistently pleasant and accommodating.

Fantastic stay! We were offered a free upgrade on arrival; amazing location with the room 2 minutes walk from the beach, acces to watersport. Staff super friendly;

The staff was very friendly and in particular the front desk were very nice. The property is dated. the restaurant needs to be updated and provide better food options. the hotel area seems unsafe and anyone from the public can gain access to the premises relatively easy.

Location location location! This resort is about 15 meter from beach, and the beach is really good! I had a room with w view towards the beach and I enjoyed it very much! The resort is within walking distance to the Rodney Bay center with supermarkets and malls. There is also shuttle service two times each hour to, and from, Bay Garden hotel, closer to center of Rodney Bay. The resort is also close to other restaurants in the area. The staff is very VERY friendly and provides service, always with a smile! All these are on the reosrts upside and If I return to St Lucia I will probably stay at the same resort. But there are some things I would like to be improved: The small deli shop needs better opening hours and more selection of, for exemple, medications. There also are only one restaurant and for a all-inclusive resort, there should be more to choose from (even that you are entitled to go to the other Bay gardens hotels restaurants too). The food at this restauran (High tide) is very good, but I would have enjoyed more kinds of food to choose from. BUT overall I liked the resort a lot!

We stayed at Waters Edge Villa 1. I think the staff at the desk, Vernel from housekeeping and George James the shuttle driver were excellent in their duties, and had a great, friendly disposition. John (last name not noted), the other shuttle driver, had a perpetual, unfriendly attitude, was rude, always angry, berating, and therefore unsettling to be around. Krishnal, the manager, who had ample opportunity to fix much-discussed shortcomings at the villa, failed us miserably, as she did not fix nor communicate to us the status of the issues that we complained about on almost a daily basis. One room never had hot water for their showers during our entire stay causing another couple to have to get up early so that the couple downstairs could use their bathroom, and the dishwasher never got fixed causing us to hand wash and dry dishes, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans for 10 people after every meal. This took forever and took away a lot of the enjoyment out of the stay as it ate up a chunk of my leisure time. The oven did not work properly, as well as the lights in the dining room. At least on the second day, the dining room lights got fixed but everything else did not. Way too much money was spent to have had to deal with these major inconveniences.
