5 star for the beach very nice clear and calm water good for the kids specially the water park, the property is great walkable to restaurants and shopping mall. Service is not good, staff is not approachable and not smiling but thanks to ANVILLA (BGBR) who serves us with a smile makes us very happy with her service unlike the other ones sims not happy with their job. And shout out also to HELLENA and BIANCA from the sister hotel (BGH) serves us with a smile uswell like ANVILLA giving 3 of them a 5 star for their service. Food is okay sometimes they don’t refill the food if you came late for buffet. But still happy for the BEACH and WATERPARK highly recommend for the little ones!

I loved rhe access to the water park. My son had a blast. The staff was kind and helpful. I enjoyed the food and drinks. The beach was clean and well maintained. I'd go back again without hesitation.

Overall The staff was very accommodating and attentive to your needs- the dining room staff- especially Candi was extraordinary. They were consistently pleasant and accommodating.

Fantastic stay! We were offered a free upgrade on arrival; amazing location with the room 2 minutes walk from the beach, acces to watersport. Staff super friendly;

The staff was very friendly and in particular the front desk were very nice. The property is dated. the restaurant needs to be updated and provide better food options. the hotel area seems unsafe and anyone from the public can gain access to the premises relatively easy.

Location location location! This resort is about 15 meter from beach, and the beach is really good! I had a room with w view towards the beach and I enjoyed it very much! The resort is within walking distance to the Rodney Bay center with supermarkets and malls. There is also shuttle service two times each hour to, and from, Bay Garden hotel, closer to center of Rodney Bay. The resort is also close to other restaurants in the area. The staff is very VERY friendly and provides service, always with a smile! All these are on the reosrts upside and If I return to St Lucia I will probably stay at the same resort. But there are some things I would like to be improved: The small deli shop needs better opening hours and more selection of, for exemple, medications. There also are only one restaurant and for a all-inclusive resort, there should be more to choose from (even that you are entitled to go to the other Bay gardens hotels restaurants too). The food at this restauran (High tide) is very good, but I would have enjoyed more kinds of food to choose from. BUT overall I liked the resort a lot!

We stayed at Waters Edge Villa 1. I think the staff at the desk, Vernel from housekeeping and George James the shuttle driver were excellent in their duties, and had a great, friendly disposition. John (last name not noted), the other shuttle driver, had a perpetual, unfriendly attitude, was rude, always angry, berating, and therefore unsettling to be around. Krishnal, the manager, who had ample opportunity to fix much-discussed shortcomings at the villa, failed us miserably, as she did not fix nor communicate to us the status of the issues that we complained about on almost a daily basis. One room never had hot water for their showers during our entire stay causing another couple to have to get up early so that the couple downstairs could use their bathroom, and the dishwasher never got fixed causing us to hand wash and dry dishes, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans for 10 people after every meal. This took forever and took away a lot of the enjoyment out of the stay as it ate up a chunk of my leisure time. The oven did not work properly, as well as the lights in the dining room. At least on the second day, the dining room lights got fixed but everything else did not. Way too much money was spent to have had to deal with these major inconveniences.

Had a book for last minute cause our Airbnb wasn’t ready. They were great made the process very smooth, amazingly friendly nice resort.

Bay Gardens Beach Resort was a nice family friendly place for vacation.

Our room was supposed to have a garden view but it was a view of a very noisy building site. We feel the room was miss sold to us - it was expensive, we booked it due to the location next to the beach and expected it yo be quiet!! We specifically picked this hotel and paid extra as we thought it looked very nice from your website. If you are going to sell rooms next to a building site you should be selling them at a reduced price and make that clear BEFORE the customer pays. I spend a lot of money each year with Hotels.com and this is very poor service.

Hotel needs a bit of an upgrade, staff are nice and make up for the upgrade need. if you are looking for a good easy place stay here. entertainment needs to be modernized as lord forbid it is old time

Very relaxing and happy place. The Staff were great! Rooms very spacious and well equipped. Beach was very nice and staff helpful with excursions. Hot water could be better. A coffee and tea bar in the morning would make a big difference. Staff was busy with breakfast service and it was thus inconvenient to get coffee (not the staff’s fault, they were great). Thank you for everything.

Staff were always friendly and helpful (especially Beatrice!). The rooms were always clean and the property is amazing. The pool, water park, & beach are awesome and our college aged kids loved them. The property is close to several restaurants at the marina.

Food was good

I didn't like that there were no elevators and no compatible phone chargers in the room. One lamp for charging phones and other electronics was quite inconvenient. Everything else was good

Food choices repeated same menu all week and not very good. Only one bar near pool; nothing close to beach. Dining room very slow service. Not enough chairs or umbrellas on beach

It was a really run down hotel…. Service was really poor….
