Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff very helpful and they were happy to accommodate outside guests for the day to spend time with us and use the pool.
They also changed our room without a problem when we asked for a room on the ground.
Only downside no microwave in the room.

郊外にあるのでやや不便ですが、駐車場がゆったりして広いのでレンタカーを借りるならむしろ市内のホテルより便利だと思います。
かなり人気があるようで他のホテルに空きがあるときでも満室になることが多く、私自身今回の滞在の最終日は他のホテルへの移動を余儀なくさせられました。
部屋にはキッチンが備えてあり簡単な料理ができるので長期滞在をする場合は重宝するでしょう。
ベッドメイクは毎日してもらえますが忘れられることもあり、掃除の丁寧さにも従業員の間で個人差がありますが部屋はおおむね綺麗に保たれています。
その他のサービスも従業員個人でかなり差があり、誰に当たるかで印象が変わるでしょう。
ホテルのレストランは２階にあり、そこからの夕暮れの山並みの眺めは素晴らしく風通しもよく、少し割高ではありますが気持ちよく夕食を楽しめました。
道を挟んだ向かいのイタリアン（ピザやパスタなど）で食事したり、タクシーで市内へ行って（250円程度）飲食することもありました。
洗濯はホテルに頼むことも設備を借りて自分で洗濯することもでき、自分ですればかなり安く済みます。

The Staff were very helpful. Breakfast choices were great. Pool great, room size great, air con- fantastic!
Overall stay great however, our toilet blocked everyday & not due to over usage. staff were very quick & attentive to sort immediately. Which we were very grateful for.
Overall cleanliness - okay. Small areas like light switches & TV, sweep out closet & wipe down fridge. Clean basin plugs properly & fix shower curtain. Small things that can improve comfort for guest.
Restaurant area, great space & warm atmosphere. I would suggest having the urn (hot water) available for guests during all .eal services. I wanted a hot drink at dinner, the urban was off, and advised by staff it was only used for breakfast.
Outdoor round tables outside Restaurant and near pool should be wiped down every night. Our group spent time in the evenings eating and quiet drinks throughout our stay, when returning in the morning for breakfast, the tables had not been cleaned. Understandably staff may not have been avaliable, but in the meng before breakfast service, these should be checked.
Overall, great stay, things mentioned would really add value to anyone holidaying or staying. Staff were always helpful. 24/7 laundry facility and, the team very accommodating with guests.

The check in time was too long we arrived at the hotel and the reception told us that we only allowed to check in at 1pm. We have to stay in the car for at long and I have a brother he was in critical condition of his sickness and it was worse staying in the car for that long.

Check in was a breeze friendly staff and clean lobby. Parking lot was also clean and security everywhere for extra safety. Room was clean and bigger than most hotels. Full kitchen with stove, mini fridge and microwave. Dining table and sitting area available in room and balcony. Breakfast buffet was so good. Fresh local fruits, scrambled eggs, breakfast sausages, papaya porridge and more. Enjoyed the friendly breakfast staff which was helpful and accommodating to my ice coffee craving. We will definitely return here in the future.

Staff: were helpful during my stay.
Clean room: little things they need to remember to have in the room everyday e.g - t/towels, shower curtain, bath mat, change coffee sachet packets to bushells, n other brands not the ones they have.
Breakfast: almost same food everyday, needed to have a variety of local vegetables especially avocado, pineapples, etc..needed to have a TV in the breakfast area to catch up with what's happening like the Independence program and other important news. Orange drink were too sweet next to the water cooler, needed to have a big toaster so clients don't que n wait to have their bread toasted.
Couldn't sleep couple of nights, as client above me too noisey and stomping on the floor, dragging stuff on the floor.
