近くに美味しいピザ屋がありました。

郊外にあるのでやや不便ですが、駐車場がゆったりして広いのでレンタカーを借りるならむしろ市内のホテルより便利だと思います。 かなり人気があるようで他のホテルに空きがあるときでも満室になることが多く、私自身今回の滞在の最終日は他のホテルへの移動を余儀なくさせられました。 部屋にはキッチンが備えてあり簡単な料理ができるので長期滞在をする場合は重宝するでしょう。 ベッドメイクは毎日してもらえますが忘れられることもあり、掃除の丁寧さにも従業員の間で個人差がありますが部屋はおおむね綺麗に保たれています。 その他のサービスも従業員個人でかなり差があり、誰に当たるかで印象が変わるでしょう。 ホテルのレストランは２階にあり、そこからの夕暮れの山並みの眺めは素晴らしく風通しもよく、少し割高ではありますが気持ちよく夕食を楽しめました。 道を挟んだ向かいのイタリアン（ピザやパスタなど）で食事したり、タクシーで市内へ行って（250円程度）飲食することもありました。 洗濯はホテルに頼むことも設備を借りて自分で洗濯することもでき、自分ですればかなり安く済みます。

Staff are good cleaner is good too But the only thing that they didn't do it is the screen wire of the other bedroom need to fix please replace the screen wire.Because its for the safety of kid's from mosquitoes and also small insects.The family room that we was staying in is 21 and 22 the screen wire of the 22 need to fix so please need to be done that for other people as well.On the first day for our check in one of their staff was breaking the door key,we arrived thier on the 17 in a morning on Wednesday 2025 they said someone is goona go and do it,we spend 6 days in their no one was doing it we used one side of the other family room.PLEASE MY ADVICE IS NEED TO CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE WE CHECK IN WE ARE HAPPY IF YOU GUYS TELL EVERYTHING IS NOT GOOD INSIDE THE ROOM AND ALSO PLEASE WE PAY MOTELS IS A LOT OF MONEY SO WHATEVER PEOPLE ASK TO DO IT BETTER DO IT FOR SAFETY OF PEOPLE AND KID'S AS WELL.OR REFUND SOME PART OF MY MONEY OK THANK YOU

Great room and staff. Room was clean.

The staff are truly amazing and friendly, and I greatly appreciate their warm hospitality. The only concern I have is with the beds in the room. Currently, there are two double-sized beds, which are suitable for two adults. However, for three adults, it would be more comfortable to have one double bed and one king-size bed. This arrangement would provide enough space for everyone to rest comfortably. Aside from that, everything else was excellent—including the delicious and healthy breakfast. Overall, my stay was wonderful, and I am very satisfied. This is my fifth time staying at this hotel, and despite this minor issue, everything else was perfect. Thank you very much, and I plan to stay here again when I visit Samoa in the future.

Friendly staff and clean rooms.

The rooms are spacious and the hotel must be commended as some of there have been upgraded.i have always stayed at Insel for these reasons of safety and the service is good. The service is very good as well.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. My room was clean and the bed comfortable. A supermarket, ATM and several good restaurants are all within walking distance. I look forward to visiting again.

The Insel is a clean basic and friendly hotel close to town. The staff are lovely and very helpful especially Patricia at reception. The breakfast is basic but fresh. The laundry ladies are also very helpful. Negative - paying for wifi. Will stay here again.

Excellent customer service by all. I stayed 5 nights here with my 80 & 84 year parents. The staff were very accommodating to their needs and treated them with the utmost respect. They were loving, caring and professional always greeting you with a smile. Front house staff right through to the back house, kitchen, cleaners were a joy to deal with. We highly recommend Insel to those visiting Samoa it will be your home away from home with Island feels.
