Nice rooms, comfortable

Terrible experience Bad management no cares what's over for customer service.

I recently stayed at four points and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Jeddah

New Obhor Beach 5mns by Taxi is really a good spot, the Airport is only 20mns away also, The Restaurant buffet for breakfast, launch and dinner are really awsome comparing to other famous 4stars hotels ( Better than the old Radisson Blu Madinah Street,...) The Staff is v professionnal

Amamos a experiência neste hotel não temos o que reclamar. Existe a obra ao lado de um hotel 24hs, não nos incomodou, mas não sei se era o nosso quarto. Bem próximo na Marina tem um restaurante espetacular... Maravilhoso vale a pena.

Dirty rooms, smells bad all around the hotel & overpriced for the size and location of rooms

A fantastic hotel and a nice location by the creek. Make good use of Uber to get around as this hotel is on the fringe of the city. Make sure you ask for a room on the other side from the construction site. I had a couple of nights of loud banging throughout the night from the building work that is in hand. I considered that was totally unacceptable.

The hotel was very close to the corniche and the room was very comfortable. The only recommendation I would make would be to open the gate at the back of the hotel so that access to the corniche is easier. Overall, a brilliant stay and I would most definitely come again.

The location was good, however the service was below average. After the first night and after making several calls the room was finally cleaned. The day of checking out, I made more than 5 calls to the reception for inquiries and help with my luggage none of calls were answered.

I didnt find the property even using location map. or the given location map is wrong.

Great view and food. All the rest miserable. Leakage and mold in the bathroom. The poorest service I have ever met. E g missed trp from airport to the hotel, try to charge double, simplest thing impossible for the staff to solve. Overall service on a level for an one star pension.

Evey service was excellent..though transportation will be a problem as we don't get taxi's quickly, but, it was still a very wonderful stay!

Hotel is nice. Staff is friendly. Breakfasts are big :-) The room was significantly smaller than advertised. There is construction site next to the hotel. Noisy work all night. Very uncomfortable.

Customer service is horrible Employees with attitude lack respect and they don’t know how to treat customers. I cut toe due to the sharp edges underneath the bed. Very dangerous. No Bathroom ventilation Shower leaking on the side due to small class door Slow front office service and the are in need for professional training No quick/laundry services only after 24 hours. If you ask me would I come here again I would say Never and will not Recommend it to anyone. Finally, it should carry the name of Sheraton and it shouldn’t be on hotels.com
