The area is still developing around the hotel. But nice sea view and the staff were incredible.

Næsten nyt hotel og alting fremstår som nyt. Virkelig fin standard for et 4-stjernet hotel. Men det bedste var nok personalet; der er ikke en jeg kan fremhæve, men alle (i både reception, concierge, restauranten) var servicemindede og smilende og hjælpsomme og gjorde det til et rigtigt rart sted at være. Jeg kommer igen en anden gang😀

It was amazing in every way

Pool was poor, huge building site made the pool area extremely windy and lack of sunlight. Rooms don't have fridges which I find ridiculous in KSA with the temperature being over 35 degrees in the summer.

チェックインの時に予約されていないと言われ大変待たされました。ツインの部屋にエキストラベッドを予約したのに割り当てられたのはダブルの部屋でした。エキストラベッドも用意されてなくすぐに休めなかったのでよくない対応でした。

The only problem was delay In check in

Upon arrival our sea view room was not available, given a family suite and breakfast as complimentary. The room only had one bed and no extra beds were available as hotel was at full capacity so my husband was given blankets to sleep on the floor. We complained so they gave us an evening meal as complimentary. The duvets had no covers and it wasnt until the third day of our stay the extra bed was made up properly. Complained upon leaving and asked for a part refund, still waiting to hear back. Hotel is too far from main area, staff are friendly. Housekeeping is hit and miss, breakfast is nice, evening meal was the same, looked like remains from the day before, breads were not fresh, stale. Very poor.

I recently stayed at four points and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Jeddah

New Obhor Beach 5mns by Taxi is really a good spot, the Airport is only 20mns away also, The Restaurant buffet for breakfast, launch and dinner are really awsome comparing to other famous 4stars hotels ( Better than the old Radisson Blu Madinah Street,...) The Staff is v professionnal

Amamos a experiência neste hotel não temos o que reclamar. Existe a obra ao lado de um hotel 24hs, não nos incomodou, mas não sei se era o nosso quarto. Bem próximo na Marina tem um restaurante espetacular... Maravilhoso vale a pena.
