Truly a 5 star hotel with cleanliness/upkeep and friendly staff. Also convenient location with Masjid Al Nabawi walking distance and also lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

the room was spotless, the staff were courteous, the facilities were good, it was next to the mosque and the breakfast was yummy.

It was my first and last time to this property. Very old and facilities are extremely worn up. Food is less than average and staff are helpless. Service doesn’t exist and people are reluctant to help. I think you should refrain from offering such a terrible hotel. It is only good thing is vicinity to masjid Nabawy otherwise none

The breakfast buffet and their service was really good. Chicken was super easy and quick. Staff was professional and the best part. It was right next to mosque.

This hotel compared to other Mecca 5 stars hotel delivered from the first step in to the step out They checked on me daily, service was impeccable staff reception dining were very professional very clean hotel as well I would rate my stay as 5 stars and believe me it takes a lot for me to write reviews like this one They will make you feel comfortable they will assist you and go above and beyond God willing I will return with my family Good job Salah

Cleaning staff were very diligent even the floor supervisor would get in the act if something was questionable.

My stay was good staffs were helpful most importantly Aiman was so nice to us . It was worth it .

It was great from the check in point. We were assisted by Adel and then assisted with a great check out from Moayad. Staff was soooo friendly and Amr who took care of our room treated us so sweetly. We are taking home great memories because of the staff!
