Overall, Hilton exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium and memorable stay — perfect location for the mosque. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

The breakfast buffet and their service was really good. Chicken was super easy and quick. Staff was professional and the best part. It was right next to mosque.

This hotel compared to other Mecca 5 stars hotel delivered from the first step in to the step out They checked on me daily, service was impeccable staff reception dining were very professional very clean hotel as well I would rate my stay as 5 stars and believe me it takes a lot for me to write reviews like this one They will make you feel comfortable they will assist you and go above and beyond God willing I will return with my family Good job Salah

Cleaning staff were very diligent even the floor supervisor would get in the act if something was questionable.

My stay was good staffs were helpful most importantly Aiman was so nice to us . It was worth it .

It was great from the check in point. We were assisted by Adel and then assisted with a great check out from Moayad. Staff was soooo friendly and Amr who took care of our room treated us so sweetly. We are taking home great memories because of the staff!

We had exceptional experience at Medina Hilton, Hotel was beyond 5 star. Everything was neat and clean, staff is always there to cleanup and ready to help. Very close to Masjid Nabawi, family friendly and handicap accessible. Everything in the hotel is golden, seems like made of pure gold. I would like to thank Moyad Alharbi who provided exceptional service and ensure that our stay is as much pleasant as possible. I would highly recommend this place especially who are traveling with family or person with special needs.

Hilton Madina is in serious need of a revamp. The amenities and facilities of the hotel in general were so poor considering the standard expected from the Hilton chain. Things like plug sockets in the room being limited and hardly working. The housekeeping staff weren’t amazing at doing their job either. The rooms were just given a basic clean each day. Bed made and slightly hoovered the room. We left rubbish in the room one day that was very obviously for the bin and that wasn’t even taken out to be thrown away. Minus the receptionist Thaani who checked us in and did an amazing job at accommodating our request for all 3 rooms to be on the same floor..nothing else stood out for us. Considering they are charging so much from guests they really need to work on their hotel and staff.

Always a pleasure and I know exactly what to expect and doesn’t disappoint. Great service!

Wonderful place to stay

Excellent services

A good option to stay in Madinah however I was disappointed with the view. I booked partial haram view but the room did not offer any such views. Also, the room was not an independent room. It had a door to the next room which was locked but compromised the privacy. Reception staff did not know what express check out is. When I dropped my key card in the express check out box, I was held by reception staff unnecessarily, who started checking my details and it wasted my time. Although, at the time of checking-in, gave them permission to charge my card if there were any dues. Otherwise, the room was clean and staff were very helpful. Price wise, I think I paid more for the view which I did not get.
