スタッフは明るく優しく接してくれました。古い建物なので汚れとかシャワーの水量が少し弱い事はありましたが、十分綺麗になっていて快適に過ごせました。 駐車スペースも十分あり簡単に停めることもできました。 田舎で食事どうしようかと思ってましたがレストランやバーもあり食べる事ができたので良かったです。

Beautiful but aged building. Stairs and floors so noisy we couldn’t sleep as other guests were active till very late.

Our room was freezing with the main heater broken, so they setup a plugin heater which they hadn't turned on before we checked in. The hotel seems to be owned by someone who no longer cares - there was hair in the shower and on the bathroom wall, the fan in the bathroom didn't work, poor heating, moldy pillow, and the food was questionable at best. I wouldn't go back.

Alte, abgenutzte Ausstattung. Zu kleine Heizung, so dass das eiskalte Zimmer nicht ausreichend erwärmt werden konnte.

Pleasant single room for my night stay. Quaint old building. Set in lovely surroundings. Free parking. Good buffet breakfast. Plenty of choice. Helpful staff.

Room was terrible, next to door which banged all night, tiny tv and door to bathroom broken and obviously had been for a while. Would not recommend.

Bar poor.room the worst I have had there,used to be a regular guest, staying several days, no more,The Grant Arms Hotel know how to look after guests & keep them!On day 2 of my stay there was No hot water in the shower, reported it to reception,and what was done? Nothing!

Dated & tired property in severe need of an upgrade, a lot of things in the room didnt work , heated rail in the toilet, fan in the shower room, TV didnt work initially Overall the place was clean & tidy On our stay we had the buffet breakfast option along with limited continental breakfast option Situated on the outskirts of the town within easy walking distance

Room was very clean. Needed refurbished. Shower was a trickle and difficult to get the right temperature. Only one window in the room opened. No fan in bathroom. Bed very comfortable. Lovely places to eat nearby. (We did not eat in hotel) Ben Mhor hotel, Grant arms, The Wee Puffin and The Garth Hotel. Parking was interesting with no real car park but wasn't too busy so managed to find a space.

Yes, there were shops very close. The room was clean with very comfortable beds. The public areas were attractive and welcoming.

The staff were friendly and welcoming; however, this stay was far from perfect. The parking was an absolute nightmare, and the lack of lighting outside made it difficult to unpack in the dark. Self-parking was ineffective, as it allowed anyone to park anywhere, blocking through routes and making wheelchair access to the hotel nearly impossible. On arrival, the bedroom door was unlocked and left wide open for anyone to walk in. The bins were full of rubbish, having not been emptied, and the bathroom was not cleaned to the standard one would expect, with hair of various kinds visible on the floor and cobwebs at high level. This hotel has all the makings of a great experience. Leadership and responsibility need to be addressed to resolve the basic and fundamental issues that make all the difference to the guest experience.

Good location. Good size family room. Friendly and helpfull staff.

Staff was amazing. Hotel was clean and well maintained, but a little dated. Gardens and hotelare beautiful. Floors were very squeaky and water temp was very touchy in the shower. Room was warm, but we just opened the window during the day and closed it at night which made it just right. Overall we enjoyed this quirky, charming hotel.

Lovely hotel room a bit shabby,and bar shut at 10.00pm. Apart from that a ver comfortable stay.

My daughter and I stayed one night with our dog. Yes hotel is old like many similiar hotels in the UK but everything in the room worked and we slept well after a long day of walking High Street is 5 minutes walk and has nice shops and cafes.

Staff and cleanliness good, needs updating

Rakennus on kaunis sisältä ja päältä. Skotlannissa hotelliasiakkaat istuskelevat paljonkin alakerran loungeissa ja salongeissa ja niitä tämäkin hotelli tarjosi. Pysäköintipaikkoja oli liian vähän, mutta se oli kuitenkin ilmainen. Aamiainen on oikeinkin maukas buffet, josta saa paikallista maisteltavaa Haggiksineen ja verimakkaroineen.
