スタッフの方々の対応がとても親切で丁寧でこのホテルにして良かったです。

アップダウンがきついため、スーツケースだとWaverley駅からタクシーを使わざる得ないが、街中へは繰り出しやすい。施設は少し古めだが、朝食は定番のイングリッシュブレックファーストに加えて、オムレツなどのオーダーメニューが充実しているのがグッド。

朝食にサラダが欲しかった。

Tiny beds I guess if you are single staying on your own and really small maybe ok but if you are even a normal sized person or there is more than 1 person in the bed you will be falling off. Bathroom was also small and toilet was tiny even my 10 year old said it was too small for him. Walls are very thin so we heard city noise and interior noise all night. They did give us some cookies so that was nice and location was pretty good, parking was at the nom for the castle they did validate 50%. I would suggest spending a little more for the sherradon down the street, much better accommodations with just as good location and it's own car park.

Hotel bom, café da manhã com produtos de ótima qualidade mas localização em área ruim, longe dos pontos turísticos. Não me atentei e me confundi com o outro novotel que fica no coração do centro histórico. Mas esse é perto do trem.

Staff were welcoming and friendly rooms were spotless we had a lovely time would recommend this hotel.

Staff absolutely brilliant - enabled an early check in to let me leave bags in room before a concert. Room great - cracking view but maybe a little more detailed cleaning needed eg door to bathroom and skirting in room. But comfortable bed. Great location. Good value.

Perfect location for Old Town. Quiet and clean room with a friendly, impeccable staff made the is holiday a true treat. Will be my first choice on our return trips.

It was a good hotel.

Room, shower surround could have benefitted from a good scrub, and legs from under sink were rotten. TV kept loosing signal and switching off. Dining area and food were perfect and friendly staff. Mentioned my room to staff, reply thank you ill pass it on.

Overall s good hotel to stay at. No major concerns. Happy to stay again
