シャワーの仕切り板から水が漏れていた

Booked this hotel for swimming pool and spa facilities. Not easy to access from main hotel.

Great location for city centre and OVO Hydro. Nice reception and bar area, staff were polite and helpful. Spotlessly clean. Highly recommend staying here.

Central location, welcoming staff, clean and had everything we required

Rooms & area clean. Showers in swimming pool not great. Not serving dinner at night & bar menu not great for children

Couldn’t ask for a better stay! Everything was perfect. From the staff, location and amenities.

We have stayed in this hotel many times now and felt this time the Deluxe Room we booked wasn’t great . Beds ok pillows awful they were flat and no support . Worst of all was the dated bathroom it’s very old fashioned and in much need of modernising. Can’t fault staff they are great and onsite Spa is the best which is why we keep booking this hotel . Felt £12 to park your car for one night is steep when your already paying to stay in hotel .

Only dining options in walking distance. were within the hotel and another hotel. It wasn’t in the best area. Our shower didn’t work and my husband ended up slicing his arm in the shower on the soap holder.

The hardest mattress I’ve ever attempted to sleep on and the room was very hot

The staff were great, helpful and friendly, inside the hotel the lobby and bar area are very modern and welcoming. The room and corridors are not as modern but still nice enough

Good location for our next days work, enough space to park truck which was why we choose hotel. Friendly staff with good knowledge of local restaurants etc. gym, pool and sauna was decent… would definitely stay again

This was our first stay at The Marriot. I can only praise it. Beautiful reception. Plenty of friendly, helpful staff. We were able to store our bags until check in. When our room was ready it was clean and amenities in the room where just what was needed. We couldn't get the tv to work and reception had a maintenance man up to our room immediately. The lounge/bar area was delightful to sit in at anytime. Staff checking in if you need anything. I required something (lady personal) and asked one of the staff (Phylis) and she could not of been more helpful and got what i needed quickly and discreetly. The breakfast was second to none. Fresh, good produce. Staff welcoming and helpful and the continental selection was delicious. We had an evening in the Hotel on st Patricks night it was busy but plenty of staff. Harry and Ashley On the bar were cheery and the Nachos where amazing. I can't wait to stay here again.

Lovely hotel and overnight parking at a decent price

Breakfast was nice Bed was rock solid, most uncomfortable hotel bed I’ve stayed in Room was too hot and couldn’t switch off the heat or turn below 18 Shower pressure was rubbish and either too hot or icy cold EV chargers didn’t work

We had a lovely stay, room was nice and the bed was very comfortable, breakfast in the morning was good with a lot of selection. Very central to the city, would definitely stay again.

My favourite hotel in Glasgow as the staff are lovely and the food and decor are excellent.
