The hotel was brilliant. Everything was clean and tidy. The pool was also well maintained and the changing rooms cleaned regularly.
There was a lovely breakfast with a huge choice. In fact I think it had the biggest food selection I have seen!
The only problem was finding the carpark. Better directions would help especially pointing out that the Car park continued round the back.
We will definitely return.

Upon arriving, we were thrilled to discover that our room was ready early for check-in. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and provided maps, along with helpful tips, so we could more easily navigate the city. It was conveniently located near the rail station and we really liked that there was a restaurant and bar on the premises. Our room was well stocked and clean.

Stayed for one night during a business conference. Room was clean but road noise was constant. There are more convenient and easier hotels to reach in the city centre: will opt for a different option next time. Better options exist, especially at this price

The hotel bar and restaurant were very nice and efficient.. housekeeping was very good .. front desk staff courteous.. the mattress unfortunately was terrible .. hard and made resting difficult.

Friendly staff upon arrival, check in and out was fast and efficient. Room was clean although would have preferred a shower only in the bathroom. Breakfast was good and liked that a person could make omelette of your choice.

Brilliant stay. Would have no hesitation returning again.
The only point to perhaps improve is for a coffee pod machine in the room. Nescafé sachets are more typical of hotels not maching the otherwise high standards. That could just be a personal preference.
Otherwise, a wonderful stay and amazing staff with a can do attitude.

We had a very enjoyable stay the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were in Glasgow for an overnight stay as we were going to the King's Theatre which is like by. We aldi enjoyed eating in the hotel . Overall we had a most enjoyable stay.
