エディンバラ駅から10分ほどの距離、場所がいい、快適なホテルだった。但し周りにバーが多くて、夜中に酔っばらうひとが多くて大きい声でさけんだり、喋ったりしてうるさかった。

Wi-Fi really bad!

Beautiful room, quiet and clean. The bathroom was spectacular with a giant soaking tub. Also, the location was fantastic. My only complaint was I wish I had known there was no lift. We were on the 2nd floor which was about 54 steps up a winding staircase which was a little rough with suitcases.

The shower and the room and bathroom were extremely clean. I asked for a fan and it was given to us in no time. Would have preferred if the bed waskafw for the third person as it was hard to make from the couch The website did not mention there are no stairs and the room was on the second floor It was hard to go up the spiral stairs with the luggage especially for a person with mobility issues

Great location bang in the middle of Edinburgh. Beautiful rooms with an amazing bath tub! Parking was a 10 minute walk so my advice would be to drop off your bags and then go and park.

Spacious room in a great location (new town) which we preferred. Very clean which we like. It was quite loud at night, so make sure you have a noise machine or are ok with traffic noise as the windows do not provide much noise insulation. The shower and tub were great and bed was large. It met my expectations!

Near to all major attractions

The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean, what made our stay even better was the fantastic staff. The cafe was an added bonus, the food was excellent.

Room Type: Deluxe Family Room We stayed in a Deluxe Family Room at Hanover Suites 71 in Edinburgh. The location was excellent — right in the heart of the city and ideal for exploring all the main sights. The apartment was clean and generally comfortable, which we appreciated after a busy day of sightseeing. However, there were a couple of downsides. The room wasn’t made up for four guests on arrival, so we had to make up our own beds, which was disappointing after a long journey. Additionally, the second room booked was much smaller than the main one, yet both rooms were priced the same, which didn’t feel quite fair. Overall, a good stay in a great location, but some small details could be improved to make it a better value for money.

Our room was not ready at the time we were told it would be but the host was nice enough and comped us some beverages. However. The ad is not clear that there was no lift. The room was on the fourth floor.

Hanover 71 is a nicely restored historical structure, furnishings are nice and all the usual toiletries are provided. The location is also good. We ate breakfast at the restaurant downstairs and the food was excellent both times. The literature in the room says you get a 20% discount but was actually given a 10% discount which was still appreciated. Be aware that there is no elevator so if you have any mobility or strength issues, getting to the mid and upper level rooms with luggage will be a challenge.

Prinzipiell eine tolle Unterkunft in sehr toller Lage. ABER: es ist laut, das Personal ist unfreundlich und auf E-Mails wurde nicht geantwortet. Für diesen Preis erwarte ich mir ein besseres Service!

If I had known about the stairs to the third floor I would have booked a different hotel! Elevator is really needed at this property
