Kings Mills is one of the finest hotels we've stayed in, in Europe and the U.S. From the beautifully manicured gardens to the lovely decorated king suite, the great bar, sitting room, and dining room, it is exquisitely maintained and managed by a superb staff.
The concierge and reception staff were very helpful, and the rooms were cleaned daily. We loved the gardens and enjoyed having breakfast and tea after a long day out. We would definitely recommend it to friends and plan on coming back soon!

Lovely hotel with beautiful gardens. Our garden room was spacious and clean, shower superb.
Unfortunately for the high price paid I was surprised our room didn’t include any tea or coffee facilities.

We were extremely disappointed with this hotel. I checked the reviews before booking and expected a true 5-star experience. The reviews mentioned comfortable beds, which was especially important since we were trying to recover from jet lag. Unfortunately, the bed was one of the worst we’ve ever slept on. It honestly felt like sleeping directly on a box spring instead of a mattress. I could feel every piece of wood underneath, and we woke up every morning with sore backs and almost no sleep.
To their credit, the staff did try to help by adding extra mattress toppers, but they were very thin and made little difference. Thankfully, this was only the beginning of our trip, and we had other hotels ahead to look forward to.
Another disappointment was the lack of complimentary water or even basic snacks. Expect to pay for absolutely everything — even the smallest items.

The staff was wonderful, very nice and quick to respond. The outlets by the bed are quite old and did not work with my travel adapter. I had to get an extension cord from the front desk in order to be able to use my breathing machine.

Amazing stay as a family. Lovely staff. Rooms were huge and we we had interconnecting rooms. The swimming pool facilities are good and were not too busy. Park for kids opposite the hotel. Walkable distance to the city centre. Definitely will be back!

Great hotel , we stayed in a superior double which was nice , food and drink was of good quality
They did have a wedding and in the room we were in was above the DJ booth it seems so was louder than expected and the hotel staff did not help to solve this .
