いつも温かく迎えてくれ、質の高いサービスを提供してくれます。

部屋も綺麗で素晴らしく、従業員の方たちもとても親切で気持ちよく滞在できました。エディンバラに行く時はまた必ず利用したいホテルです。強いて言えば市内中心地から少し遠かったです。

Helt fantastisk hotell!

This is hands-down, the best hotel in Edinburgh. The location, history, amenities, staff and overall beauty and quality are difficult to describe. You feel like you’re staying in a 17 century Scottish manners and essentially, you are. 12 out of 10.

Gorgeous, immaculate, luxurious. I’d give this stay more stars if I could. The staff caters to your every whim, the property is spotless, they have a free roaming peacock, cat and 3 highland cows. Idyllic. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in hands down. Worth the splurge.

This property was beautiful. We loved the cow when we opened the blind to our window in the morning. The first thing we saw was a beautiful furry cow. We slept for 11 solid hours and everything was so comfortable and all the staff was so attentive we couldn’t have asked for more. We just love it here in Scotland.

Every detail about this hotel is beautifully considered and luxurious. Absolutely wonderful staff. The restaurant, Rhubarb, is superb. A perfect stay :))

Prestonfield House is like an oasis in central Edinburgh. It is a beautifully maintained period house with nice grounds. The staff were excellent. I had a party of Thai friends for dinner and they loved both the atmosphere and the dinner itself.

We had an absolutely super stay. Seamless attentive and yet super cool staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. A unique experience. Can’t wait to return.

10 out of 10. Highly recommend. Beautiful hotel. Excellent food. Would go back in a heartbeat. A lovely retreat in Edinburgh.

Fabulous!

I arrived at the hotel shortly before midnight, although I had already checked in online, I had to enter my e-mail address again and sign again. The room key was not prepared and they told me that my credit card was not working even though I had used it in the cab outside the hotel. The employees comment was: “Maybe you used it too often”. The walls in the hotel are very thin so you can hear guests walking in the rooms above you. The sink is only equipped with one ice cold and one super hot tap separately, so I had to mix the water in a glass to the right temperature. I was alone in the hotel, but I had to pay the rate for 2 people, I also had to pay for breakfast for 2 people. On my departure I had to leave the hotel very early and asked for a breakfast box and tea beforehand. The tea was prepared but no box. Hey guys, even if the pastries and croissants weren't ready yet, you could have given me yogurt and some fruit for breakfast on the way. This leaves a bitter aftertaste and the question of what you pay so much money for in this hotel? Definitely not a 5 star experience but the park around the hotel is beautiful. Once and never again...

An outstanding hotel. No exaggeration to say this is our favourite hotel anywhere in the world. Stunning building, beautiful setting, incredible service.

Amazing property, we stayed in the Alan Ramsay suite and did not want to leave. The staff was exceptional.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic Christmas decorations, all magical. Staff couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful, all very welcoming. Evening meal and breakfast were delicious. Perfection.
