サルテーション ホテル

老舗のホテルで街の旦那衆が利用してるそうな。歴史を保持してメンテナンスしとるね。エレベータ有るので選んだが、すれ違ったチェックアウト客いわく『リフトはずーっと故障が続いてる』。小生モ3日間いたが修理の気配無し！！　それなりに歴史感あるが22時くらいから明朝6時まで暖房と給湯が停止するのでご注意ください。なお部屋によっては階上の物音が筒抜けです。スタッフは純朴で親切丁寧。

ホテルが古いので床が傾斜しており、三半規管が弱い高齢者は、気持ち悪くなってしまう。

ショッピングなど立地は申し分ない。ホテルの設備はそれなり。エレベーターの使えない部屋だった。朝食は、毎日同じものだったが、満足感はあった。全体としては、悪くはない。

海外のホテルは高級じゃないとスリッパもパジャマも無いのかな？とよく思います。あれは日本だけ？ それと、部屋でWi-Fi使えないならしっかりと[ロビーのみ可能]等ネット上に書いて欲しい。部屋で使えると思いきや。ということが何度もあります。

Yes very clean

Hotel/rooms quirky due to age, bathroom nice but very small and shower slow. Perhaps not the best choice for those with limited mobility. Only one very small lift. On the plus, there was a wedding on and we didn’t hear any noise. Bar food very good.

Staff were excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. The decor and fittings were tired and dated but we were only looking for a bed for the night so it was perfectly adequate. Good location and close to public parking

The room (no:221) was very tired and in dire need of refurb. (stains on carpet/ dingy bathroom/ dark)

Clean and spacious room. Central location walkable distance for my venue and train station. Food is ok. Staff are very helpful.

Interesting hotel with character in the centre of Perth. Great location near the high street, the river and transport links. It is a bit tired in areas but the room was clean and the bathroom looked like it had recently been refurbished.

Rooms were clean, staff polite

The cooked breakfast was on par with most hotels I've stayed in, certain items could possibly have been a little hotter.

Room was freezing no heating

Booked a superior twin at an additional cost, but the room was just a standard twin - nothing extra, room was quite small, en-suite was only a shower, and the wi-fi didn’t reach room 203 (essentially paid for an upgraded room that was a standard room). The beds were comfy. The older style layout of the hotel meant many rooms were in little corridors of their own that the lifts can’t reach. Slopes running uphill and downhill. I wouldn’t advise if you have mobility / disability needs, but it meant the little corridor was very quiet, no noise all night, it was a restful sleep. Breakfast - it is ok. Small selection of cereal and fruits, fresh porridge, and a basic buffet fry up. My daughter did not like the sausages or bacon (low quality meat), they had cut the potato scones into small sections, and the toast was very cheap bread that had lay under the heating lamp a good while making it v.hard. Coffee wasn’t great but they did do a hot chocolate for my daughter that she loved, and I was able to add it to the coffee and make a passible mocha. Orange juice was in children’s cartons with paper straws. I did wonder why the breakfast dining area was so quiet, but I now understand. Staff are beyond lovely, polite and cheery so I never raised any of this - we are glad we had already cancelled the second night as we’ve just came home.

Very conductive place to stay

Room climate spot on. Beds very comfy. Room clean but carpet threadbare. Needing " flash " behind shower screne for mould.
