中心地からは歩いても行けますが、トラムが便利です。スタッフが常駐しないセルフチェックイン方式です。 入館・入室用のパスキーは当日にメールやメッセージで送られて来ます。 部屋は狭めですが掃除は行き届いていました。 総じて一人旅にとても向いている良い宿です。家族旅行には向かないでしょう。

Ein sehr kleines Zimmer ohne Fenster, in dem es stark nach Schimmel roch. Um den Geruch zu überdecken, war ein elektrischer Lufterfrischer in der Steckdose angebracht. Wir waren vier Nächte dort, und während dieser Zeit war das Personal nicht im Zimmer, um den Müll zu entsorgen oder kurz zu saugen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren sauber. Für eine Nacht akzeptabel, aber nicht für einen längeren Aufenthalt.

Rigtig god beliggenhed. Intet andet positivt at sige om det hotel. “Dobbeltsengen” var 120, der var ulækkert (gulvet på badeværelset havde en mærkelig gul farve, der var skimmelsvamp i loftet, der lugtede underligt), og vi kunne ikke komme kontakt med noget personale.

The hotel is undergoing renovation, so I think that's why we were given a room without windows. As a result, there wasn't much ventilation. The room and bathroom were clean. I think that for the price, they could improve the service at reception and the bar. Bear in mind that it's not in the centre, but you have good bus and tram connections

l’hotel non è male, il problema è stato che la prima sera siamo arrivati verso mezzanotte e l reception era vuota. Mi era stato mandato solo il codice per accedere alla hall, ma mi ero accertata contattandoli che sarebbe stato possibile fare il check-in a qualsiasi orario, anche di notte. quando siamo arrivati e non abbiamo trovato nessuno, non sapendo quale sarebbe stata la nostra stanza né tantomeno il codice per aprire la porta, abbiamo chiamato il numero di telefono notturno riportato alla reception, ma non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna risposta. Dopo numerose chiamate e mail senza risposta abbiamo dovuto chiamare un altro hotel per trascurare la notte lì. Le altre due notti sono invece andate bene, stanza pulita e personale cordiale.

God stand, rent og pent, nyoppusset bad og veldig hyggelig personale. Senga er den verste senga jeg noen gang har hatt på et hotell i denne prisklassen.

It was really good. The bathroom was neat and refurbished. lovely shower. It's a more on the cozy small side, but for a short stay in Edinburgh, it's close to the tram stop for easy access to train stations. The lock without the key card was fiddly, but the hosts answered their calls very quickly and handled the issues with immense professionalism. i would recommend the stay. It was lovely.

Excellent property for the value and location (next to major route for trams and buses to the center, restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, and grocery store all nearby). Room was clean and even though we were on the first floor, very quiet. Electric tea pot with tea, coffee and biscuits were a nice touch. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. 30 minutes walk to the center and safe at night to do so. The location itself was very nice and quiet from the bustling center, really appreciated all the locally owned shops nearby.

This isn't a fancy pants hotel but I would happily come back to it. The room was ready at 4 but it was possible for us to store our luggage from 12. The room was more than large enough for us, two adults and two children, queen bed and a sofa bed. The wet room was built to be accessible for wheelchair users. There was a slight drainy smell but it was fine once you ran water through the system eg after a shower. There wasn't a fridge in the room but tea and coffee that you were welcome to top up. It is situated off the Leith road which is has every type of cuisine conceivable so you won't go hungry. Very comprehensive transport links into town, or buses/ tram but also very walkable. All in all it is fairly priced for what it is. However the best thing about this hotel was the staff. They were so friendly and really wanted to be as helpful as possible. Honestly I would come back for them alone, really lovely people all of them.

My partner and I enjoyed our time at this hotel, it was very clean and was greeted by a lovely receptionist during the day. Self-check in is very easy and convenient.

Great location, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Comfort was low because the room had a plastic smell, the shower was built for handicap accessibility so it wasn’t as comfortable, and the bed springs kept jabbing my ribs. Very nice place overall : )

Rooms are very Small. Área around the hotel transmits a sense of “unease” at night. Otherwise, a good “price-value” ratio. Conveniente y Locatel near a main thoroughfare. Public transport a block away. Staff (specially Noura) top-notch!

Great value, clean room, excellent location, very nice staff. Only hitch was that the curtain for the skylight wouldn't close, but the nice lady at the front desk offered up some beers as an apology. Worked for me! Oh and they deactivated our room code prior to checkout time. Luckily there was someone at the front desk to give us an actual key card. All in all, great though.
