シャワーの水が茶色い。コンセントが壊れたまま。シャワーの水がバスルーム全体に漏れてくる。車を呼ぶのが遅い(お抱えの運転手のみを使用するため、この運転手が手配できない際、時間がかかる)。こちらのホテルへの要望、コメントに対し、ホテルの選択の仕方が悪い、自社は皆から高く評価されているので全く問題ない、と宿泊客を非難さえするコメントで応答するなど、接客姿勢に疑問を感じる。非常に不快な思いをした。

It was a really nice stay. Friendly and helpful staff, easy access to the beach and beautiful ocean view.

The entire staff at Crown Beach were nothing short of amazing. We enjoyed our 3 night stay here very much. The rooms and facilities were clean. Quiet and somewhat secluded beach, a haven for those looking to minimize interaction.

Hotel très propre, sur une petite plage pleine de charme. Personnel extrêmement attentionné, qui nous a laissé la chambre jusqu'au départ en fin d'après midi à l'aéroport : top ! Petit déjeuner de qualité et copieux.

Best service we have ever gotten at a hotel! Excelent staff, super service minded and helpfull. Makes you feel like part of the family! Fine location, if you take the bus you can se the hole island. Theres at bus stop just outside the hotel. The restaurant is great, we had many meals there and all of them was of great quality! If tou’re going to Mahe, this place is a grest palce to stay!

Sehr ruhig gelegen, ideal für Honeymooner. Personal überaus hilfsbereit und freundlich. Zimmer top ausgestattet und Betten sehr bequem. Restaurant okay, Alternativen gibt es keine in unmittelbarer Nähe, nur einen Supermarkt. Der Strand ist traumhaft schön, doch das Wasser eignet sich nicht wirklich zum Schwimmen, selbst bei Flut.

Very nice hotel with an excellent location right on the beach.

Ein Hotel in wunderbarer Lage. Leider kein wirklich professionelles Personal. Hatten Zimmer im Neubau. Von der Größe entsprach dieses eher der Zimmergröße eines europäischen Businesshotels. Zimmer (vor allem Badezimmer) war eher sehr funktionell ausgestattet. Qualität des Restaurants war ok. Es gibt ausreichend Möglichkeiten, im Umkreis von 5 km sehr gut zu essen.

Seychelles is an expensive destination and this hotel was a real find - medium-priced, charming and right on the beach. The staff were superb - friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. The food was not elaborate, but was tasty, plentiful and good value. The hotel is right on the beach and some of the tables for dining are outside, beside the sand. There is also a pool. We did not rent a car, and just outside the hotel there are bus-stops for the iconic blue public buses, which tear around and have high ridership. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return to Crown Beach if we visit Seychelles again.

The location is great it’s right on the beach. Not close to the party scene but if you want tranquility this is the spot for you. You basically have your own private beach. Do rent a car as things are further away. Having a car makes this hotel great as you can explore but don’t have to stay with all of the other tourists

A bit far from Victoria, which meant renting a car, taxi or public transportation. The public bus was an experience every traveller should do at least once. It is efficient but a wild ride! Taxi’s expensive. The staff at crown beach did their very best at suggesting tours and those which allowed hotel pick up. The restaurant was good but expensive. We would actually return as it was quiet ,on the beach and staff impeccable especially John!

Staff very welcoming and very tidy hotel , really enjoyed our stay there.

We stayed at the Crown Beach for our honeymoon, it is a peaceful, tranquil place with a few nicely set rooms. The head host Miss Alice is amazing and surrounded by a very capable and friendly team with notable mentions to Tapas, Babu and Jon and the lovely lady in reception. These people will go ou of their way to make your stay a great stay. Thank to you guys. Nicolas & Louise

Crown Beach is on the water and a great place to go beachcombing. The staff are excellent -- John, Tapas, Alice -- they all help make our stay in the Seychelles a wonderful vacation. Will definitely recommend staying here.

Zimmer im Dachgeschoß bietet hervorragenden Blick auf Strand und Berge, ist aber imm er heiß! In der Summe empfehlenswert.
