シャワーの水が茶色い。コンセントが壊れたまま。シャワーの水がバスルーム全体に漏れてくる。車を呼ぶのが遅い(お抱えの運転手のみを使用するため、この運転手が手配できない際、時間がかかる)。こちらのホテルへの要望、コメントに対し、ホテルの選択の仕方が悪い、自社は皆から高く評価されているので全く問題ない、と宿泊客を非難さえするコメントで応答するなど、接客姿勢に疑問を感じる。非常に不快な思いをした。

The hotel had clean rooms and ambiance. The staff Musa was very helpful. I think he is the one running the show. There is no buffet breakfast. You have to order from the menu. The hotel is very accomodating though. They allowed us early check in. Nice property just on the beach. Very relaxing.

Great stay at the Crown Beach. Room was of good standard and had everything we needed. Slightly small (rooms without balcony) but doesn't take away from the the actual stay. Best part was friendly and attentive staff who care for your needs. Recommend!

Ótima pousada pé na areia passamos 2 dias incríveis, confortavelmente com vista para o mar. A equipe é ótima, sabe receber e enteder as dificuldades dos hóspedes

L’hôtel est bien situé avec un arrêt de bus pas loin, et surtout un accès sur la plage. Il y a la possibilité d’emprunter des kayaks gratuitement. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable, ils ont à cœur que les voyageurs se sentent le mieux possible. C’est très agréable.

personnel très serviable, souriant et facilitant, parlant anglais principalement sauf 2 personnes parlant francais. Merciiiii logement avec tres belle vue sur mer toilette et bain avec baie vitrée direct vue mer....avec panneau occultant et vitre réflechissante sans possibilité de voir le jour) transat et piscine à dispo petit dejeuner servi, varié et très bon plage devant l'hotel et très belle photos à faire nombreux resto à faire autour de l'hotel à 5 mn vers le nord ou le sud.

The definition of Paradise We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff is warm and friendly, the location is secluded and peaceful, and the beach is gorgeous, where in April, we were pretty much the only people around. We had planned to go into town on one of our two days, but the beauty and peace of the place convinced us to stay put to enjoy the wonderful location. We had all our meals at the hotel and they were reasonably priced and tasty. I hope to return someday.

Das gesamte Personal war enorm freundlich, hilfsbereit und umsichtig. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist Top. Sehr gute Küche, uns wurden zwei selbst gefangene Fische hervorragend zubereitet. Besonders toll, wir durften am Abreisetag unser Zimmer, ohne Mehrkosten, bis 18:00 nutzen. 👍👍👍

Room, sraff, food excellent

Loistava ja rauhallinen paikka lomailla. Palvelu oli mahtavaa ja henkilökunta äärettömän ystävällistä. Bussipysäkit vieressä ja Anse Royalin upea ranta lähellä. Huone oli siisti ja sieltä oli upeat näkymät Intian valtamerelle. Vahva suositus!

Excellent hotel! Location was very peaceful, nice beach and Fairyland beach just around the corner, 1 min walk to bus stop. Supermarket across the street. Very good food, 10 points for that! Friendly and helpful staff, very clean room.

We booked a beachfront room - it was a very good size with a full ocean view , even from the bathroom! The staff in the restaurant were very nice and food was good. The beach is vey shallow for a long way out so no swimming at low tide.

Personal super amable, un trato familiar y un hotel pequeno que nos gusta mucho mas de estos hoteles tan grandes y mas lujosos. Si volveremos este será nuestro hotel.
