シャワーヘッドを清掃時にこわしても、そのままで２度もレセプションに修繕をお願いしても何もしてくれず、3度目でようやく対応された。またチェックアウトをお願いしたときも、あとから来たチェックインのお客を優先し、10分程度待たされた。レセプションの対応にがっかりした。

The breakfast was awesome but there need to be an air conditioner system in the main lobby and the hallways or corridors because the heat is intense in those areas.

This hotel's location is good, as it is on the main toad, so access to transport is easy accesible. However the breakfast spread is terrible. There is limited fresh things, and the bit of fruit that is cut up, the 2 times Iwanted to take, flies was sitting all over it. Telling staff about it, they just ignore you. Bread is stale and this spread consists of curries and rice. It was raining throughout our stay and water is pouring in at the reception and rooftop dining area, so staff was putting buckets all over to catch water. The structure definitely needs work. The room I stayed in, had seaview and you could open the sliding door for fresh air, however the restaurants across the road would have music blasting the whole sunday into the early hours of monday morning, so door had to stay close. This hotel also hosted a "brunch show", the Saturday evening and there was hundreds of people. Music was deafening that you could not sleep or even hear your tv. This also lasted until early hours of Sunday morning. Don't hosts massive parties like that, and try and run a hotel, where guests needs to sleep, whilst rooms are not soundproof at all. Would definitely not recommend this hotel

The stay was alright but there was no working tv and telephone and when i called to tell the staff, no one showed up to fix. My son and his wife had to be moved twice because their rooms were not clean. The breakfast buffet did not have good choices.

Hotellet har behov for omfattende renovering , personale er topp og hyggelige. Men skal og vil Sierra Leone bli en ferie destinasjon må hotellene være forberedt og det er de ikke . Landet er heller ikke forberedt .

The best part of my stay was the view of the ocean from my terrace and my wonderful housekeeper Adamma. She made sure I was very well taken care of and came to clean every day. The down side of our stay were the little roaches that seemed to come out as soon as the sun went down every night, at least in the room where we stayed. This was our second room because we requested to have an ocean view. Our first room had a pool view which was fine, no issues but we preferred the ocean so we switched. With some fumigation and cosmetic repairs they’ll be good to go.

It was amazing, staff were very helpful and polite.

There were insects in the room. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The towels were really dirty and looked stained.

This place is a candidate for Gordon Ramsey's hotel nightmares. The have holes in the walls. They have holes in the ceilings. There is water damage all throughout the hotel. There are roaches the size of beetles. The staff never smiles or gets you. They may even ask for favors like please buy me a pair of shoes, help pay for cars etc. I felt like a target for money the moment we entered the building.

I got stuck in the elevator for 5 minutes, the room dirty, the hotel lobby dirty the tv wasn’t coming on the charging suction was not working the white bathroom tower was brown...

Toliet infrastucture needs improvement.

Good Hotel for business visit , middle of the beach and easy to access nearby places with good local transport connection and area is live you. Good rooms and similar Price, little issue of humidity on beach but it's expected worldwide on coastal area.

It's fine , Good option for the beach lover. Good swimming pool and friendly staff .

Nothing much I stayed one night , The breakfast of great with heavy meal options , notice some area need to work and mentioned to the manager on duty and he happly accept and promised to get it done because this is rainy season and on beach high humidity is there . Thanks team will be back .

The building needs renovation.. All the doors are literally old, and the doors couldn’t lock with the smart keys. There were mold in the room and the room smelled awful. Great location but old building that needs refurbishing!!!
