Clean room, good breakfast and family friendly

今までシンガポールで色々なサービスアパートメントを利用していますが、こちらの清潔度と交通機関のアクセスは最高です。次回も利用したいと思っています。

Great place, everything was neat and clean, staff was great, room was great, everythjng was great overall.

The hotel itself was nice and I would have recommended it, but according to the website the deposit should have been returned within 14 days. When I asked, it was 60 days. It's been a month now and I still haven't received my money back (500SGD), so I can't recommend this hotel, very slow operation.

This serviced apartment is primarily filled with business travellers. We booked through hotels.com, so our expectations were different than others. This trip was both business and pleasure during. The property was well kept and the apartment had all the amenities needed. The room condition was overall good, but the wallpaper was peeling off and some of the cupboards and drawers had a smell of ant/cockroach spray. The biggest concern is the management and communication at this property. The property did contact me immediately after I booked, but did not mention that a large cash deposit is required. When we checked in, the concierge staff who was responsible for our check-in asked for the cash. They claimed that they cannot do this with credit card. Right after I left my feedback with hotels.com of my check-in experience, they stopped asking for the cash. In addition, I communicated with them after I booked to see if there was any way to access the apartment a few hours early. We booked the apartment for three weeks, so this seemed like a reasonable request. The response was to book an additional night through hotels.com. The concierge staff was not very helpful. There often 3 of them, and if we ever needed anything they always needed to contact someone else. The room check for our checkout also had issues. We booked a time with them based on their availability, but after waiting at the specified time we had to go down to remind them about it.

Great location, lovely apartment and staff were very helpful and friendly

It was great not a huge room but big enough had a nice kitchen with 2 burner stovetop full size fridge an microwave my room had a balcony. Bed was comfortable cleaning was available breakfast was ok 24 hour access to the coffee room.

Het appartement had alles wat je nodig had. De liggen was heel centraal.

Almost everything is pleasant, great serviced apartment experience. Weekdays complimentary breakfast with variety.

Overall location is good. But the amenities are lacking. - Bathroom was very small and cheap. Almost no counter space to put anything, and the faucet was awkwardly located at the edge, making washing hands very inconvenient. - The bath tub was old, and hot water wasn’t hot enough to make a hot bath. The drain stopper constantly fell off. - Few outlets, hard to charge everything at once. Facilities - The jacuzzi was badly maintained. Jet didn’t work, many dead leaves and bugs floated in it. Water was only lukewarm. - It was clear that nobody uses the sauna. The rooms were bone dry and didn’t turn on. Overall, it was just OK. The overall lackluster amenities, especially the tiny old bathroom, don’t make me want to book them again.

Definitely my go to for Singapore stops. Super helpful staff. Great amenities. Location is perfect for dining and shopping
