The suite was a brilliant size, good amenities, close to town centre and other local attractions

Simple, decent hotel, clean and great location for the centre and train station to the mountains.

Very clean and spacious rooms, and a great power shower. It was super quiet when I was there which I prefer it. Staff was very helpful and friendly. It's very convenient if you want to visit the high Tatras mountains, and also Aquacity park is around the corner.

Servis a snídaně byly excelentní!

Had to wait an hour after supposed check in time for staff to arrive

Nettes Zimmer, kann man zu Fuß vom Bahnhof und Altstadt erreichen. Gegenüber von Aquacity und ein sehr gutes Restaurant 63, ausreichend Parkplatz, Rezeption war nicht besetzt, aber Check-in und Check-out klappte trotzdem bestens.

I booked an apartment at a 4-star hotel on Hotels.com. When we arrived at the location, surprise, the hotel only had 2 stars and the room we were offered was a standard room and by no means the apartment we paid for. The staff was very rude. It was a big spike.

The room was infested, the fridge was moldy

Nice , quiet and economic hotel opposite Ice-hockey stadium and Aqua-park is just 3 min by walk. Room was very clean and staff very friendly. The breakfast was really good. I really enjoyed there.

Positive: rooms are clean, staff is friendly, bathrooms are nice Negative: this is definitely not 3.5* hotel as listed on Expedia. In fact on the door, it says it's a 2 star hotel. As a 2* hotel it's really nice. But for a 3.5* hotel it's very disappointing: there is no elevator (rooms are on the second and third floor), and carrying suitcases up is no fun. There is no coffee maker or water kettle in the rooms. There is a water kettle at the reception on the first floor, but making a coffee in the morning is a quite an ordeal. And finally, the pictures show rooms better equipped with furniture that the actual state: sofa, coffee table with 2 chairs (on the picture) vs coffee table with 1 armchair (reality). Conclusion: * rating should be fixed on Expedia. Description of the hotel should warn that there is no elevator.

מלון מלוכלך במיקום גרוע. רעש חזק מהכביש אי אפשר לישון אין מזגן! אנחנו במטיילים שבועיים בסלובקיה וכל לילה במלון אחר, זה המלון הכי גרוע!!

Vše v pořádku, bez výhrad, poloha blízko nájezdu na dálnici, zároveň poblíž centra. Cena reflektovala stávající situaci cestování v době “Covid19”, takže poměr cena/výkon = velmi dobré. Mohu doporučit.

Moderní městský hotel, stavěný spíše pro městského turistu. Výborná snídaně, velmi milý personál a velmi slušná výbava pokoje. Hotel je umístěn u hlavní silnice, po které prakticky neustále jezdí auta i v noci. Je tedy třeba počítat s větším hlukem při usínání. Pro turisty směřující do Tater chybí lednička a větší koš. Nejedná se o ubytování “udělej si sám”, počítá se se stravováním po restauraci(ch).

Very nice and confortable hotel. Very well located: 10min by foot from historical center, 5 minutes away from the aquapark, easy access to/from motorway by car. English speaking staff and very good internet

Fantastic hotel with wonderful clean rooms and friendly staff. The room we booked was perfect for our family and the pictures did not do it justice, we would highly recommend.

Comfortable new hotel in Poprad. Walking distance to city centre 5min. Ice hockey arena across the road. Excellent choice for breakfast.

You must stay at this hotel; it’s absolutely wonderful! The staff and owner are the best. They are so friendly and go out of their way to help anyway they can. Amazing food at the bistro and the modern decor is fabulous. The rooms are so clean and well kept. It’s an easy 15 min walk from the bus and train station. If you are wanting Traditional Slovak cuisine, Koliba u Štefana is right across the street. Just stay here, it will make your trip complete. Ďakujem Hotel & Bistro 63! 😊
