Very clean and spacious rooms, and a great power shower. It was super quiet when I was there which I prefer it. Staff was very helpful and friendly. It's very convenient if you want to visit the high Tatras mountains, and also Aquacity park is around the corner.

Nice , quiet and economic hotel opposite Ice-hockey stadium and Aqua-park is just 3 min by walk. Room was very clean and staff very friendly. The breakfast was really good. I really enjoyed there.

I booked an apartment at a 4-star hotel on Hotels.com. When we arrived at the location, surprise, the hotel only had 2 stars and the room we were offered was a standard room and by no means the apartment we paid for. The staff was very rude. It was a big spike.

Positive: rooms are clean, staff is friendly, bathrooms are nice Negative: this is definitely not 3.5* hotel as listed on Expedia. In fact on the door, it says it's a 2 star hotel. As a 2* hotel it's really nice. But for a 3.5* hotel it's very disappointing: there is no elevator (rooms are on the second and third floor), and carrying suitcases up is no fun. There is no coffee maker or water kettle in the rooms. There is a water kettle at the reception on the first floor, but making a coffee in the morning is a quite an ordeal. And finally, the pictures show rooms better equipped with furniture that the actual state: sofa, coffee table with 2 chairs (on the picture) vs coffee table with 1 armchair (reality). Conclusion: * rating should be fixed on Expedia. Description of the hotel should warn that there is no elevator.

You must stay at this hotel; it’s absolutely wonderful! The staff and owner are the best. They are so friendly and go out of their way to help anyway they can. Amazing food at the bistro and the modern decor is fabulous. The rooms are so clean and well kept. It’s an easy 15 min walk from the bus and train station. If you are wanting Traditional Slovak cuisine, Koliba u Štefana is right across the street. Just stay here, it will make your trip complete. Ďakujem Hotel & Bistro 63! 😊

This is a real hip, cool hotel! Such a pleasant surprise was not expecting much for the price. Service was great, small team of friendly staff.Excellent food in the Bistro which has a casual, laid back vibe. Room was large and modern boutique chic.Felt very comfortable!

This hotel is lovely and probably deserves to be 4 star. All the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The food from the restaurant was wonderful. I tried the special which was carp soup and it was delicious. Now for the couple of bad points The room didn’t have air con so leaving the windows open was a must unfortunately the hotel is by a main road so was noisy and hard to sleep. I had a double besbut strangely only a single duvet which seems strange. Apart from that this hotel is really nice and I would recommend it.

The Bistro is well done. At the end of a day or the begging of the next, there is no need to go anywhere else for food if you are doing long days. The hotel itself is a little bit away from the regular path but it's not that far from the train station with a max 2 euro ride by cab or a short walk. The room had a very good layout though ours was accessed from the outside on the main floor with a key, which is not a problem just odd for this age. As with many hotels in Europe, the bathroom was good but lacked a proper towel rack or toilet paper dispenser so you were always looking for places to put things. For one person this is fine but when travelling with two the tower heater becomes full quickly.
