Ironman Mallorcaに参加するにはベストなホテル。ただしWIFIはロービー近くのメインホテルにいかないと電波が弱く継らないのが残念。

We had to upgrade as original room was of poor quality...very shabby and small. So it cost a lot more than we expected to pay. Staff we mostly good. Food was of very poor quality.

Great place. Centrally located and friendly staff

The staff are all amazing . Very friendly and helpful. Plenty of entertainment for my 3 granddaughters. Good shows. Relaxing atmosphere. Breakfasts were plentiful and varied. So near to the beach. Local buses take you all over. Would recommend this holiday for anyone with children.

Very enjoyable.

The food was good, with plenty of variety. However, the hotel clearly focuses on the German market, particularly young families. The pool was always overcrowded, and by 7am, most sunbeds were already “reserved” with towels and they stayed that way all day. Not ideal if you’re looking for a relaxing holiday atmosphere.

Trevligt och fräscht hotell. Stor frukostbuffé. Bra pool med solsängar.

Schöne Unterkunft, geräumige Zimmer, große Auswahl beim Frühstück. 2 Minuten zum Strand. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Vi reste med små barn. All personal var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Maten var bra, ren rum, bra läge, nära till Alcudia Old Town och nära till stranden. Endast negativ som jag skulle säga var att lekplatsen var inte anpassad för små barn och de hade bara nagea grejer men mitt emot hotellet fanns en lokal lekplats som var bra.

Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig und nicht geputzt. Die Toilette hatte noch Spuren des Vorgängers. An den Wänden war Staub und die Klimaanlage versorgte das Zimmer mit muffiger Luft. Ansonsten war das Zimmer ok. Die Außenanlage mit Pool war fantastisch.

We had a lovely time as a family of five (son, parents and grandparents) for a 10 day stay The rooms were a good size with plenty of space for all of us. Even with the sofa bed extended there was still a lot of room for us. We were there for the breakfasts only and there were plenty of options every day with lots of coffee machines, as the breakfast is only on from 8am until 10am i would suggest they started the breakfast time a little earlier as it could get very crowded at times. The doors to the rooms had a large gap underneath so the air con wasnt as cold as it could be and the noise from guests arriving or leaving in the night could be disturbing. The rooms were cleaned well and all the staff were lovely and friendly. The pool was a good size with lots of seating but could also get very busy and the summer season had only just begun. The hotel is in a fabulous location in the middle of restaurants, bars and shops with little noise from the street and less than 5 mins walk to the beach. Would certainly recommend.

Nice hotel with a great location and good rooms and facilities. Unfortunately, the walls are very thin, and noise from neighboring rooms carries straight through. We were unlucky to have babies in the room next door, which disturbed our sleep at night. The restaurant was below average — the food quality and taste were disappointing, and poor acoustics made the space very noisy. Overall, a good option for families with small children, but perhaps not ideal if you're looking for a quiet or restful stay.

Fint 3 dages ophold. Blev dog lidt muggen over at jeg skulle betale fuld pris for mad i pool/ snackbaren og dem med all inklusive fik 30 % rabat.

Sehr gute Unterkunft. Ideal für Familien, die Anlage und der Pool sind ideal mit Kindern.

Attention à l'isolation des murs

Mixed feelings about this hotel. So many things to love, the pool, gardens, breakfast, location, animation team but lots of improving needed here I feel. They seem to only care about their German/Dutch/Spanish customers. Rude, untrained, unfriendly front desk staff. Naive of them to think just because you are not Spanish that you cannot speak/understand the language while they speak about you to their colleague and you understood everything! I would be quite hesitant to return if I am being honest and it’s a pity as the hotel itself is beautiful but let down by the reception/bar team.

A lot of value for the price. Very close to everything in Alcúdia and a good option for cyclists. But the breakfast and dinner buffet is next level noisy, almost impossible to eat indoors. The breakfast buffet selection was really good and they offer gluten free bread. The dinner buffet is terrible and so not worth the money. Food is cold and tasteless.
