Aparthotel Alcudia Garden

I just wanna start by saying how extremely disappointed I was about this week extended our trip in Majorca for an additional two days specifically to come up to Alcudia, and this was the worst part of our trip of a two week vacation and to end the trip. For starters for a place that charges as much money every night you would think that the floor tiles wouldn’t be peeling up from the ground or sliding as you step on them. The beds that is a king r two twins pushed together, but there’s no way to actually hold them together. So the second you move on them there’s no actual weight holding down the bed frames and they slide with ease which you’ll hear above you if you were not on the top floor. Our AC stopped working as it was 90° and we wanted to go to the pool to cool off, but there were so many kids that you couldn’t even go into the water and all parents were just sitting around the outside. When we ask someone from reception, where the pool was, they pointed us across the street to the wrong pool where we were then told to leave after specifically told that that was the pool. The beach that is near here honestly was so windy and so open that when we went in the ocean for simply 15 minutes and came back to our stuff, all of our things were completely covered in sand like it was Sahara desert. When I brought up all of these concerns to someone they didn’t seem to really know how to respond and simply gave me better directions to the pool. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had

The rooms were dated. Could use a fresh coat of paint and a deep clean. Location is ideal. It is close to the Alcudia beach and old town. Pool was clean and well kept. Very busy. Receptionists were helpful and quick. Sauna opens at 9 am and need to notify staff to turn on. Was broken when we wanted to use it. We did not do all inclusive as we wanted to eat out and restaurants, most walking distance or a short cab ride. Most cab rides were 8e to 10e. Not a luxurious hotel but is functional. Very kid friendly.

Due to cancelled flights we arrived 2 days late. We had a prepaid stay, but not a word from the hotel, they could have offered us somerhing for the 2 days we didnt use..

I booked this hotel without realising just how much entertainment and activities were included and it completely exceeded our expectations. The Woogy Club team and everyone working behind the scenes made my daughter holiday so special. She now can’t imagine going anywhere else for a holiday! The shows were absolutely amazing, and we’re genuinely gutted that we’ll miss The Lion King musical before we leave, although I have no doubt it would have been more fun than the West End version! The whole team were so lovely, funny and always happy to help with anything we needed. The cleaning staff were also incredibly kind, and I even had a lovely birthday surprise when a member of staff knocked on my door with a cake and sang Happy Birthday to me. This hotel is so much more than just a place to stay, it’s the people who make it truly special. Everyone goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and cared for. We couldn’t have been happier with our week at Alcudia Garden. Thank you all for the amazing entertainment, facilities, and unforgettable memories!

Good apartment with a small kitchen, as per the description. However, the semi-deep semi-flat plates was bad both for eating soup and normal food. Pool area is really nice, and not so crowded in April. Close to downtown restaurants.

Nice hotel.

We had to upgrade as original room was of poor quality...very shabby and small. So it cost a lot more than we expected to pay. Staff we mostly good. Food was of very poor quality.

The staff are all amazing . Very friendly and helpful. Plenty of entertainment for my 3 granddaughters. Good shows. Relaxing atmosphere. Breakfasts were plentiful and varied. So near to the beach. Local buses take you all over. Would recommend this holiday for anyone with children.

Very enjoyable.

The food was good, with plenty of variety. However, the hotel clearly focuses on the German market, particularly young families. The pool was always overcrowded, and by 7am, most sunbeds were already “reserved” with towels and they stayed that way all day. Not ideal if you’re looking for a relaxing holiday atmosphere.

Vi reste med små barn. All personal var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Maten var bra, ren rum, bra läge, nära till Alcudia Old Town och nära till stranden. Endast negativ som jag skulle säga var att lekplatsen var inte anpassad för små barn och de hade bara nagea grejer men mitt emot hotellet fanns en lokal lekplats som var bra.

We had a lovely time as a family of five (son, parents and grandparents) for a 10 day stay The rooms were a good size with plenty of space for all of us. Even with the sofa bed extended there was still a lot of room for us. We were there for the breakfasts only and there were plenty of options every day with lots of coffee machines, as the breakfast is only on from 8am until 10am i would suggest they started the breakfast time a little earlier as it could get very crowded at times. The doors to the rooms had a large gap underneath so the air con wasnt as cold as it could be and the noise from guests arriving or leaving in the night could be disturbing. The rooms were cleaned well and all the staff were lovely and friendly. The pool was a good size with lots of seating but could also get very busy and the summer season had only just begun. The hotel is in a fabulous location in the middle of restaurants, bars and shops with little noise from the street and less than 5 mins walk to the beach. Would certainly recommend.

Nice hotel with a great location and good rooms and facilities. Unfortunately, the walls are very thin, and noise from neighboring rooms carries straight through. We were unlucky to have babies in the room next door, which disturbed our sleep at night. The restaurant was below average — the food quality and taste were disappointing, and poor acoustics made the space very noisy. Overall, a good option for families with small children, but perhaps not ideal if you're looking for a quiet or restful stay.

Mixed feelings about this hotel. So many things to love, the pool, gardens, breakfast, location, animation team but lots of improving needed here I feel. They seem to only care about their German/Dutch/Spanish customers. Rude, untrained, unfriendly front desk staff. Naive of them to think just because you are not Spanish that you cannot speak/understand the language while they speak about you to their colleague and you understood everything! I would be quite hesitant to return if I am being honest and it’s a pity as the hotel itself is beautiful but let down by the reception/bar team.
