This aparthotel was everything i expected. Was clean spacious and had everything needed for a the stay i planned. Great facilities onsite and some local supermarket and restaurants over the road. Nicely placed between Pollença and porta Pollença. Would definitely return here.

The perfect base in Puerto Pollença for anyone with a bike

Really enjoyable stay staff very good and clean

My one complaint of this property was that the climate control in my room was fidgety. Even though it was cold in my room at night, if I tried to turn the heat up to a certain temperature, it would automatically switch to aircon instead of heat. The opposite of what I wanted! So there were some nights I was trying to get the place nice and cozy, but couldn’t because of this. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. Relatively well located, not far from the beaches of Pollença (walking distance), and I love aparthotels that have kitchenware that you can cook with. Helps me save on the cost of going out and things like that which I try and avoid or at least keep to a minimum when on vacation.

Spacious and well equipped. The half board was good value (although the deserts lacked imagination - good for people with no teeth - various forms of custards, blamages and jellies). The gym and bike garage were great facilities. The WiFi started to struggle as the resort got busier.

Aparcamiento fácil. Las instalaciones deportivas no son únicamente para los huéspedes del hotel y había bastante afluencia de gente.

Clean and functional, really well located for cycling and running

Staff was very friendly. Clean, well designed rooms. Only problem was that there was no hot water in the morning on 3 occasions.

This hotel is brilliant for and well used by cyclists with secure bike storage. You can check in no matter the arrival time as there is a night reception. Take towels for the pool or it is €10 deposit which is returned at the end. The apartment hotels have a a kitchen hob, microwave fridge etc so you can chill your drinks and do some simple meals. Service was excellent. Breakfast had a big choice.

Die Zimmer sind schön und praktikabel, die Betten waren super bequem. Wir hatten eines der hinteren Zimmer und da war die Straße allerdings störend. Frühstück war ok, wer englisches Frühstück mag, für den gibt es sehr viel Auswahl. Das Personal ist nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben das Hotel wegen des Spa Bereiches gebucht- das war eher enttäuschend. Das wasser war zu niedrig damit die Whirlpooldüsen funktioniert hätten und es gibt nur 4 liegen, absonsten keine Ablagemöglichkeiten. Es herrscht einfach kein Wohlfühlambiente. Das Fitnessstudio war hingegen sehr gut ausgestattet.

Excellent hotel for a cycling holiday.

The whole complex was very clean. The staff friendly and helpful. The two outdoor pools were not very busy so it was easy to get a sunbed. The food could have been a bit more varied, but was generally very good. The air-conditioned gym was excellent and free to access for residents. Our room did back on to a busy road which was far enough away not to cause a real problem although you could sometimes hear noisy cars and motorbikes. The hotel is quite well set up for cyclists.

Hotel room of satisfactory standard but bathrooms required updating

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour, appartement propre et confortable pour 6 nuits malgré une salle de bain qui mériterait un petit rafraîchissement, balcon avec une vue sur la montagne, canapé confortable et petite cuisinette, l’accueil a été très sympathique et chaleureux, les explications nous ont été données sur papier en français ce qui a beaucoup facilité le dialogue. Le restaurant italien vaut le détour un délice… on s’est senti chez nous pendant une semaine. Parking gratuit et toujours de la place pour se garer. On a profité d’une journée pluvieuse pour aller au spa. Les piscines extérieures en septembre sont presque déserte ce qui est très agréable pour un bain de soleil sur les transats mais l’eau était trop fraîche pour nous qui sommes assez frileux.

Welcoming staff, great location and good entertainment. Only downside was the area around the main pool was only partially non slip - walking through the bar from the pool could be quite slippery! Excellent tennis, padel and gym facilities. Restaurant Girovolta was really nice! Rooms spotless, food was good and the overall experience was brilliant.

Great hotel, lovely staff. Reasonable prices for food and drink at the bar. Shuttle bus to the beach was so helpful.

The two gentleman on reception went above and beyond to help me the day that I had a problem locating my husband and daughter. They couldn’t have done more or offered more to help. Wonderful stay! Would absolutely recommend to others.
