This hotel is brilliant for and well used by cyclists with secure bike storage. You can check in no matter the arrival time as there is a night reception. Take towels for the pool or it is €10 deposit which is returned at the end. The apartment hotels have a a kitchen hob, microwave fridge etc so you can chill your drinks and do some simple meals. Service was excellent. Breakfast had a big choice.

The whole complex was very clean. The staff friendly and helpful. The two outdoor pools were not very busy so it was easy to get a sunbed. The food could have been a bit more varied, but was generally very good. The air-conditioned gym was excellent and free to access for residents. Our room did back on to a busy road which was far enough away not to cause a real problem although you could sometimes hear noisy cars and motorbikes. The hotel is quite well set up for cyclists.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour, appartement propre et confortable pour 6 nuits malgré une salle de bain qui mériterait un petit rafraîchissement, balcon avec une vue sur la montagne, canapé confortable et petite cuisinette, l’accueil a été très sympathique et chaleureux, les explications nous ont été données sur papier en français ce qui a beaucoup facilité le dialogue. Le restaurant italien vaut le détour un délice… on s’est senti chez nous pendant une semaine. Parking gratuit et toujours de la place pour se garer. On a profité d’une journée pluvieuse pour aller au spa. Les piscines extérieures en septembre sont presque déserte ce qui est très agréable pour un bain de soleil sur les transats mais l’eau était trop fraîche pour nous qui sommes assez frileux.

Die Zimmer sind schön und praktikabel, die Betten waren super bequem. Wir hatten eines der hinteren Zimmer und da war die Straße allerdings störend. Frühstück war ok, wer englisches Frühstück mag, für den gibt es sehr viel Auswahl. Das Personal ist nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben das Hotel wegen des Spa Bereiches gebucht- das war eher enttäuschend. Das wasser war zu niedrig damit die Whirlpooldüsen funktioniert hätten und es gibt nur 4 liegen, absonsten keine Ablagemöglichkeiten. Es herrscht einfach kein Wohlfühlambiente. Das Fitnessstudio war hingegen sehr gut ausgestattet.

The two gentleman on reception went above and beyond to help me the day that I had a problem locating my husband and daughter. They couldn’t have done more or offered more to help. Wonderful stay! Would absolutely recommend to others.

Usual good experience. Some blocks are better than others, but good overall. Some days the buffet offering is better than other days. Some facilities are tired but clean and serviceable. Excellent Bike facilities and always very friendly staff.

Great stay for cyclists! A lot of parking spots and the breakfast buffet is perfect before the rides. Good service! The room is spacious and have everything that you need.

Excellent hotel for cycling, with a secure and accessible bike garage. Well-equipped gym/spa; and Comfort apartment spacious and modern. Dinner buffet a bit limited and lukewarm in parts.

Hotel was in a good location, 15min walk from Puerto Pollensa. Nice and quiet at night. However, the apartment was very tired and old, we would not have said 4 star, probably a 3 star at best.
