The hotel staff were very friendly, there was a supermarket and bakery right in front of the hotel which was very convenient, and it was also close to tourist attractions so I didn't have to spend much time traveling.

広い部屋、清潔なバスルーム、周辺にはスーパー、カフェ、レストランがたくさんあります。 メトロ、鉄道の駅（凱旋門駅）までも徒歩4分。ランブラスやカタルーニャ広場、サグラダファミリアにも徒歩15〜20分です。 意外と壁が薄いのか、他の部屋の音が聞こえる時がありますが、そこまで気になるものではありません。 入口は併設の駐車場の管理人も兼ねているので、常に人が常駐しており、アパートメントホテルとしてはセキュリティも良いと思います。 wifiがほぼ繋がらないのがマイナス。夜間〜朝は本当につながらない。チェックインした時はまだ5Mbpsほどだったが、翌朝は全くつながらず、チェックしたら1Mbpsも出ていなかった。 部屋で仕事をしようとするなら、自分でwifiの機器を持っていく必要あり。

フロントスタッフの方も皆さん親切で安心できました。 早朝のチェックアウト時の対応と丁寧で、タクシーを呼びましょうか？と聞いてくれたのでありがたかったです。 お部屋の設備も揃っているのでなんでもできました。

ロケーションはサクラダファミリアとカタルーニャ広場との間にあり、どこにでもアクセスしやすく便利なところにあります。また近くにスーパーが沢山ありほぼ隣にMercadona、またベーカリー365など食には困りません。室内は広くて清潔で部屋が沢山あるので家族4人が広々と使えました。選んでよかったと家族で喜んでいます。

早く着いたのにチェックインしてくれて、スタッフの方はとてもフレンドリーでした。部屋も広く快適ですぐ近くにスーパーやパン屋さん、バルやレストランもたくさんあって申し分ありません。おすすめです。 唯一の難点はお風呂にお湯をためるとボイラーの能力の関係か、途中で水になること。（時間をかければ元にもどります）あと、Wihi環境がいまいち（LINEが繋がらない？）ですけど、またバルセロナ行くなら、ここを選ぶと思います。

ホテルには、バルセロナ空港から35～40ユーロの料金です。ダブルの部屋に10日間ほど滞在しました。受付は24時間対応で、ファミリーでの利用者が多いようでした。無料のWIFIは、接続が良くありませんでした。有料のWIFIがあります。部屋は、液晶テレビで快適でした。キッチンには、調味料がついていません。ランドリーはありませんでした。受付で100ｍほどにコインランドリーがあることを教えてくれました。ホテルの隣接にスーパー、パン屋、野菜、くだものを販売している食糧品店があります。隣接のレストランの多くは地元の人向けです。地下鉄までは徒歩5分ほどです。旧市街に行くには、凱旋門近くのバス停から51番を利用すると便利です。

Would not recommend. With the amount paid, you can get better hotel elsewhere with better neighbourhood. This is not an upscale Eixample area

Convenient that the parking is underground and brings you right to the check in counter. Place was very large.

The property is close to the main attractions, 15 mins walking distance of Sagrada and Arch of Triumph and the beach. Stores, cafés and restaurants very close. There was a perfect location, I would go back.

It was pricey in my opinion. The apartment was decent and clean. Room service only included trash removal and new towels which is good. Many places don’t remove your trash so that was nice. Location is very central and convenient with supermarkets nearby. Would be helpful to have a washer but there was a laundromat within 3 min walk. I think the people at reception could be a little friendlier or nicer. They weren’t rude, but I do appreciate a welcoming atmosphere.

Great Staff.

We rented a 2-bedroom apartment that faced the street. Bedrooms were both at the back, facin an internal courtyard of sorts. Very quiet for sleeping -- street noise not an issue at all. Good location, kind of equidistant from most things one would visit. We walked almost everywhere, but the underground Metro would have been easy if we needed it.

Location was great! Very walkable and felt safe. Having a kitchen was a plus. We had a nice balcony. All of the front desk staff were friendly, informative and very helpful.

Internet service only worked in one bedroom. Did not work in rest of apartment. Furnishings are worn out. Clean rooms. Well stocked with thoughtful items, like paper towels and soap in the kitchen. The building is noisy - mechanics and hallway noise. Good location with lots of coffee shops and markets. Friendly desk staff. Desk was always attended.

We booked this due to location as our daughter is living in Barcelona for a year - we had reservations as usually pick a hotel but was very pleased with the accommodation and the friendly staff

The main reason for choosing this hotel was the availability of a two-bedroom apartment and the advertised on-site laundry facilities. Unfortunately, we discovered that laundry services for guests have not been available for over a year, although the website still indicates otherwise. The apartment is spacious and well laid out, offering good potential for a comfortable stay. However, it would benefit from greater attention to detail and maintenance. The listing mentions a coffee maker, but only a small espresso machine suitable for two people was provided instead of a standard drip coffee maker. No dish towels were available, which are useful even with a dishwasher. There were also no placemats for the dining table, and the cutlery was of poor quality. Wine glasses were not provided, which was unexpected. In one of the bedrooms, there was no bedside lamp, and we had to request one to be added. The living area would also benefit from softer lighting, as the bright ceiling fixtures make it less comfortable for relaxing in the evening. Basic amenities could be improved. No hand soap was available in either the kitchen or the bathroom, and the small bottles of shampoo and shower gel were not replenished once used. Overall, while the apartment is spacious and conveniently located, the lack of attention to these details made the experience fall short.

Great apartment very close to many tourist attractions but far enough way to be peaceful. A Lidl just round the corner to stock up the mini kitchen. Friendly staff. One minor thing. The apartment only has overhead lights, no lamps etc

The location allows access to the key landmarks via a 15-20 minute walk or via subway (station 5 minutes away) or bus (many stops close). Restaurant options around the hotel are mostly Asian but you will find other possibilities within 10 minutes. We had a room with a kitchenette, which was convenient. However, it would be helpful for customers to add a few items: proper wine glasses (there were only 2 cognac glasses), a few more plates, saucers, bowls and cups. Reception staff was helpful when needed.

Our room on the 3rd floor faced the courtyard. Room was clean and comfortable. Kitchen had enough stuff to make meals. Shops on the block were nice. Staff was friendly. Laundromat about a block away.
