The hotel staff were very friendly, there was a supermarket and bakery right in front of the hotel which was very convenient, and it was also close to tourist attractions so I didn't have to spend much time traveling.

広い部屋、清潔なバスルーム、周辺にはスーパー、カフェ、レストランがたくさんあります。 メトロ、鉄道の駅（凱旋門駅）までも徒歩4分。ランブラスやカタルーニャ広場、サグラダファミリアにも徒歩15〜20分です。 意外と壁が薄いのか、他の部屋の音が聞こえる時がありますが、そこまで気になるものではありません。 入口は併設の駐車場の管理人も兼ねているので、常に人が常駐しており、アパートメントホテルとしてはセキュリティも良いと思います。 wifiがほぼ繋がらないのがマイナス。夜間〜朝は本当につながらない。チェックインした時はまだ5Mbpsほどだったが、翌朝は全くつながらず、チェックしたら1Mbpsも出ていなかった。 部屋で仕事をしようとするなら、自分でwifiの機器を持っていく必要あり。

フロントスタッフの方も皆さん親切で安心できました。 早朝のチェックアウト時の対応と丁寧で、タクシーを呼びましょうか？と聞いてくれたのでありがたかったです。 お部屋の設備も揃っているのでなんでもできました。

ロケーションはサクラダファミリアとカタルーニャ広場との間にあり、どこにでもアクセスしやすく便利なところにあります。また近くにスーパーが沢山ありほぼ隣にMercadona、またベーカリー365など食には困りません。室内は広くて清潔で部屋が沢山あるので家族4人が広々と使えました。選んでよかったと家族で喜んでいます。

早く着いたのにチェックインしてくれて、スタッフの方はとてもフレンドリーでした。部屋も広く快適ですぐ近くにスーパーやパン屋さん、バルやレストランもたくさんあって申し分ありません。おすすめです。 唯一の難点はお風呂にお湯をためるとボイラーの能力の関係か、途中で水になること。（時間をかければ元にもどります）あと、Wihi環境がいまいち（LINEが繋がらない？）ですけど、またバルセロナ行くなら、ここを選ぶと思います。

ホテルには、バルセロナ空港から35～40ユーロの料金です。ダブルの部屋に10日間ほど滞在しました。受付は24時間対応で、ファミリーでの利用者が多いようでした。無料のWIFIは、接続が良くありませんでした。有料のWIFIがあります。部屋は、液晶テレビで快適でした。キッチンには、調味料がついていません。ランドリーはありませんでした。受付で100ｍほどにコインランドリーがあることを教えてくれました。ホテルの隣接にスーパー、パン屋、野菜、くだものを販売している食糧品店があります。隣接のレストランの多くは地元の人向けです。地下鉄までは徒歩5分ほどです。旧市街に行くには、凱旋門近くのバス停から51番を利用すると便利です。

The location allows access to the key landmarks via a 15-20 minute walk or via subway (station 5 minutes away) or bus (many stops close). Restaurant options around the hotel are mostly Asian but you will find other possibilities within 10 minutes. We had a room with a kitchenette, which was convenient. However, it would be helpful for customers to add a few items: proper wine glasses (there were only 2 cognac glasses), a few more plates, saucers, bowls and cups. Reception staff was helpful when needed.

Our room on the 3rd floor faced the courtyard. Room was clean and comfortable. Kitchen had enough stuff to make meals. Shops on the block were nice. Staff was friendly. Laundromat about a block away.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable. It was quiet with a comfortable bed and wonderful shower. The kitchen area was well designed with all the necessary equipment. The staff were very friendly and the area was a short walk to the main tourist areas.

Nice little apartment. Living room furniture could use some updating. We didn't use the kitchen but it seemed stocked well enough. Felt very safe in the area and within the apartment. The staff at the front desk was very helpful for advice on restaurants and also to get us a cab when we were ready to leave. We appreciated that we could leave our bags there after checkout until we were ready to go to the airport.

My experience was terrible. They stole my money. 100% of it smelled bad! The apartment looked bad! I spoke to the owner because I didn't want to stay because of the conditions, and she didn't give me any money back or help me at all! A very bad experience.

Good area, walkable to many touristy places and grocery and bakery across the street.

Wish I found this place the first time I came to Barcelona 10 months ago! Would stay here again for sure

Great property management

Property was not clean. Safe deposit box did not work, front desk person told me that they would fix it next day, which never happens. Four different person worked in the front desk while we were there. Except one of them, the other three never replied to us when we said hi. They acted like They did not care whether we were there as a guest or not. I would not stay there again.

It’s a OK hotel

Supergroot en net appartement op fijne locatie. Veel ruimte met volledige keuken,airco en zelfs een vaatwasser. Om de hoek diverse supermarkten en bakkers,.cafés. vijf minuten lopen van twee metrostations. Bedden lagen prima en lekker groot. Geen geluidsoverlast gehad en ontvangst was prima. Voor herhaling vatbaar!
