The hotel looks a lot newer and more prestine in the video and pictures but in person it felt a little older. Upon arrival I waited in line to check-in and other guests just kept joining the person in front of me with other queries and the receptionist didn’t see to acknowledge this. It was a little frustrating considering I’d been travelling and just wanted to check-in. No one helped with the bags to the room. Not sure if it’s too much of me to expect but it is a 4-star hotel? Room was fine and similar to photos. Curtains were cut and had holes. Cleaners were amazing! Thank you so much! I had totally forgot the hotel had a swimming pool and sauna so would’ve been nice to be shown around or reminded by the receptionist. At check-out my flight wasn’t for a couple hours so they were kind enough to let me keep my bags there

Locatie is goed als je een auto hebt gehuurd Ontbijt ook goed en genoeg keuze . Voor een 4 sterren hotel mis ik wel de koffie /thee voorziening of fles water in de kamer. Schoonmaak kan beter. De wc pot is niet schoon als je verder kijkt. Het is net zichtbaar genoeg dat je er niet omheen kan kijken . Was in kamer 104

Breakfast was very good, friendly staff, clean room.

Room was clean, check- In/Out was quick & easy. There's a restaurant on site. Pleasant stay.

Standard Zimmer. Für 4 Sterne zu wenig. Duschen lebensgefährlich da Duschwanne absolut rutschig. Milchglaswand zwischen Bad und Schlafraum. Absolut unsinnig. Nachts auf Toilette und das Schlafzimmer war hell erleuchtet. Parkplatz muss nicht reserviert und bezahlt werden, es gibt an der Straße genügend kostenlose Plätze. Tolles Frühstück mit riesiger Auswahl. Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal leider viele mit keinen oder geringen Englisch Kenntnissen

Got items stolen by other guests and the receptionist said what do you want me to do???? I found where it was and located the thieves and they still didn’t do anything but tell me they didn’t want the police called. I don’t expect a lot of hotels but this shook me. On nye I’m out here doing Sherlock Holmes to find my item guests stole????? I had to confront them with my friend and they hid it in a panel on their floor behind pipes because I left a message on it saying I’d call the police shortly. Besides the receptionist who went to every floor with me, everyone else lied, when I asked to speak with the manager. His name was printed on the welcome card in the room so I knew they were just sending whoever. There are cameras everywhere and yet you can’t look up who stole by the pool? Let them stay and no repercussion whatsoever . It soured my experience and I couldn’t wait to leave. I’d never say at any of their hotels and stick to a chain you are comfortable with from wherever you are from. Smokers on the floor and going through the vents I was literally choking in my room. Why would guests be allowed to smoke indoors for any reason??? It was such an annoying experience and I’ll NEVER go here.

Habitacion amplia, y bien hubicada

Horrible pillows showers have no shampoo or body wash they’re very greedy coffee in lobby is $2 euros no hospitality for guests even when they changed my room it was worse. Very uncomfortable mattress and horrible cheap pillow.

La chambre était bien et la piscine super agréable

Hotel muy correcto y la relacion calidad precion muy correcta. La cena me sorprendio muy agradablemente, los platos riquisimos y su calidad muy buena, el personal del restaurante (una camarera en todo el restaurante) super atento y profesional. Una unica camarera que no daba a basto con todas las mesas cosa que hacia un servicio lento y algo desesperante, una lastima.

La habitación estaba en condiciones aceptables las manchas de moho en el baño es muy extensas
