房間整潔，服務人員親切。 距離最近的車站有點距離，但附近有家樂福很方便。

Op een industrieterrein. Weinig te beleven. Het ontbijt was niet de prijs waard. Eet buiten, veel beter. De kamer: vreselijk. Wij werden in een invalide kamer gestopt, de wc bril was los de schuifdeur van de badkamer bleef steken. Sigaretten brandvlekken op de tafel. De deur van de minibar hing uit de kozijn. Al met al was er een hoop achterstallig onderhoud aan de kamer. Uiteindelijk een andere kamer gekregen, iets beter dan de vorige. Wij hebben van de in totaal 5 nachten 2 teruggeclaimed. De laatste twee nachten tegen extra betaling in een betere Azz Congress hotel geslapen. Vermijd dit hotel. Wel een compliment voor de Venezolaanse dame aan de receptie die ons netjes te woord stond en mee hielp denken.

Good place to stay for a short trip if you’re going to the industrial park located near. This hotel is really near to the companies installed in the Tactica Industrial complex. The only cons that I have is for the restaurant service that is not available on weekends for lunchs or diners on sundays, so, based on my own experience if you arrive on sunday afternoon to the hotel because you have meetings or visits to any place on monday, be prepared because there is not restaurant service at night in the hotel. Also, I have a recommendation for hotel administration “bring restaurant service for lunch and dinner on weekends” because the guests can stay and relax at the hotel on saturdays and/or sundays with the complement of the swimming pool.

The property was wasy to find and staff were friendly. The washroon had some issues with drainage in the shower and limited water for flushing. Ideally it could you a bit of a washroom refresh. Also had a pest issue, that were spotted in the hallway and breakfast area.

Habitacion limpia y cómoda. Lo que puede mejorar: Cafetera en la habitación y también botellitas de agua Limpieza en pasillos y puertas y mantenimiento en general. El Hotel está cerca del aeropuerto, pero alejado de todo, es una zona de negocios y de vías rápidas, no se puede caminar por ahí y cualquier distancia requiere auto y utilizar autopistas. El servicio de desayuno es de 7:00 a 9:30 en punto, si viaja uno de paseo con la pareja no es funcional

Muy buenas camas

Al hacer el check-in, me dieron una habitación que estaba siendo usada. Entré y estaban las pertenencias de otra persona, no me lo podía creer. Baje y me dieron otra habitación (tardaron 15 minutos). Al poco, sobre las 00:15, alguien estaba intentando entrar en nuestra habitación, por suerte echamos el pestillo.. muy mala experiencia en este sentido, no me gustaría que le asignaran mi habitación a otra persona con mis cosas dentro. Prefiero pagar un poco más.

Llegada con habitación sucia y olor a tabaco que echaba para atrás, vamos con bebé de 3 meses y tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitación, la señora de recepción dijo que iba a echar ambientador, sin duda pedimos cambio por otra habitación y así hicieron. Nos acomodaron en otra habitación que estaba separado con otra por una puerta y escuchamos perfectamente la serie de los vecinos . Por otro lado , a las 01:00 de la mañana con la bebé y nosotros durmiendo se les ocurre llamar desde recepción tocando la puerta para preguntarnos quién éramos y como nos llamábamos por un error , según decía a través de la puerta, había cometido la compañera . En fin, hotel bastante mejorable tanto en higiene( todo sucio , paredes, suelos , toallas olían a sudor …) olor a tabaco en la habitación, parecía un fumadero social… incomodar a las 01:00 de la mañana con bebé de tres meses y nosotros mismos durmiendo. 💤 Deberían pedir disculpas y compensarnos.

La habitación es cómoda pero el baño necesita una reforma o mantenimiento, se veía incluso algo de moho en la silicona de la ducha.

La habitación no estaba limpia, me refiero al baño con pelos de mujer y sin los botes de la ducha de champú y gel

Great! Just a bit older building that was remodeled, they did an excellent job but it's still noticeable in some areas.
