アップグレードして頂き、最高の時間を過ごす事が出来ました。観光にも最高のロケーションだと思います。

カテドラルから徒歩３〜４分の旧市街にあり、観光には便利なロケーションだが、ノルド駅とバス駅までは徒歩で15分ほど、また最寄りの地下鉄駅（Colon）へも10分ほどかかる。 部屋（スーペリアルーム）はバスタブとシャワーが別になっていて、非常に快適。 またミニバーの飲物がすべて無料なのも大変ありがたい。

スタッフがみんな親切でサービスもよく快適に滞在できました。

立地、サービスとも問題ありません特に立地は素晴らしく申し分ありませんがいかんせん部屋にとなりの音やバーの騒ぎ声が聞こえうるさい上に部屋の間取りが使いにくく無駄に遠いトイレや高さが低くドアから30cmほどのベッド少ない照明とても使い難いです。2泊でしたので我慢しましたがそれ以上でしたらホテルを代わっていたと思います。せいぜい１万円の中盤までの価値と考えて下さい！

旧市街地にあり、立地も良く、ディテールにまでこだわった洗練されたデザイナーズホテルである。スタッフの対応もよく大変に満足でした。

⸻ What a great place to stay in Valencia! The location is amazing, right in the historic district, which makes walking the entire area a breeze. The building itself incorporates an old city structure with ruins from the 12th century. What makes this hotel truly special is the staff! From the moment we checked in, they made us feel welcome. We were offered a drink, a comprehensive map with an explanation of the city, and numerous recommendations for restaurants, museums, and historical sites. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Valencia.

Fint hotel, rummet var lite mörkt och saknade platser att hänga kläder, handdukar o dyl. Väldigt trevlig personal och hög service.

Our stay at the Caro was perfect! We had wanted a really chilled time away and the location and vibe of the hotel was just what we needed. The staff were all lovely, super professional but warm and always helpful. This includes from the moment we booked. Every member of staff we met in fact and too many to name, though shoutout to Sonia and the breakfast team as we had the chance to chat with them a bit more in the mornings. The history of the hotel is also fascinating, so in a way it’s more an experience than simply a stay! The only thing we found slightly tricky was no real storage space in the room - there were a few hangers above the safe but wouldn’t say this constituted a wardrobe space and so for two of us for five days, it was a bit tricky! But it didn’t detract from the positives, nor would it stop us staying at the Caro again. It’s a lovely hotel and the staff are really the gem, it’s rare to find such warmth and professionalism, it made it super enjoyable - and that’s just the hotel! We visit València often, such a beautiful city and this makes for a perfect hotel to stay in!

Mooi hotel. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Echt alles is goed geregeld, van minibar tot en met de ontbijtbuffet. Dit laatste is ook erg lekker. Zeker een aanrader. Een van de beste zo niet het beste hotel waar ik ooit ben geweest.

Beautiful hotel, great room and facilities, and in a lovely part of Valencia, walking distance from many of the sights in the Old town. Only complaint is that the bedroom walls are thin. I could hear the people in the next room talking. Otherwise it was perfect. I Fully recommend.
