カテドラルから徒歩３〜４分の旧市街にあり、観光には便利なロケーションだが、ノルド駅とバス駅までは徒歩で15分ほど、また最寄りの地下鉄駅（Colon）へも10分ほどかかる。 部屋（スーペリアルーム）はバスタブとシャワーが別になっていて、非常に快適。 またミニバーの飲物がすべて無料なのも大変ありがたい。

スタッフがみんな親切でサービスもよく快適に滞在できました。

立地、サービスとも問題ありません特に立地は素晴らしく申し分ありませんがいかんせん部屋にとなりの音やバーの騒ぎ声が聞こえうるさい上に部屋の間取りが使いにくく無駄に遠いトイレや高さが低くドアから30cmほどのベッド少ない照明とても使い難いです。2泊でしたので我慢しましたがそれ以上でしたらホテルを代わっていたと思います。せいぜい１万円の中盤までの価値と考えて下さい！

旧市街地にあり、立地も良く、ディテールにまでこだわった洗練されたデザイナーズホテルである。スタッフの対応もよく大変に満足でした。

The staff at this hotel are outstanding!! We received a warm welcome and they were available at all times to answer questions. They could not have been more accommodating! There is coffee and tea available, as well as other drinks provided in the room at no additional cost. Breakfast was not free but offered eggs prepared to order as well as an assortment of bread, fresh fruit and other items.

Een heerlijk hotel midden in de stad, maar toch heel rustig gelegen. Fijne kamer. Hele vriendelijke staf en een geweldig restaurant in het hotel. En een garage naast het hotel als je een auto bij je hebt.

Excellent choice to stay in Valencia’s old town. Very nice boutique hotel with excellent service and conveniently located close to most attractions. Highly recommended

This place was top notch. The service and attentiveness of the staff was better than I’ve had at any other high end hotel. This place was magic.

The hotel, its facilities and services are excellent but what sets this hotel apart is the staff who are fantastic they are without exception helpful professional and friendly. Had a fantastic stay and will be sure to return.

Michelin meal ( located in the hotel and recommended meals ) totally over rate and very poor quality. Menu did not match with meals.

⸻ What a great place to stay in Valencia! The location is amazing, right in the historic district, which makes walking the entire area a breeze. The building itself incorporates an old city structure with ruins from the 12th century. What makes this hotel truly special is the staff! From the moment we checked in, they made us feel welcome. We were offered a drink, a comprehensive map with an explanation of the city, and numerous recommendations for restaurants, museums, and historical sites. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Valencia.
