Upgrade rooms. All the rest is great

So this was our experience. We arrived late on 19th Oct. The woman at reception gave us the key to our apartment and said we’d need to properly check in the next day with our passports. No problem at all. I then asked if we could hire towels to take to the beach, as we have done at other places we have stayed in Fuerteventura. I was met with the dirtiest look imaginable and told, in not so many words, that this was 1 star accommodation and we were not to expect any luxuries. Given the attitude of this worker, we walked to our apartment with some trepidation, expecting our accommodation to be a prison cell. To our surprise, the apartment was fine. Pretty basic but spotlessly clean. On 22nd Oct, the day before we left, we wondered if there was luggage room we could leave our bags in before our evening flight. We had to deal with the same receptionist who said that our bags could be left in the library room. I commented that this room isn’t secure, which was met with this person looking at me like I’d just crawled out from under and rock and basically telling me to deal with it. Now I’ve stayed in various places, budget to 5 star. The idea that it is acceptable to talk to people like they are dirt because they're staying in budget accommodation is foreign to me. Customer service skills and being treated with dignity is for everyone. As I side note, the 2 other staff members I spoke to were fab. As she said this accommodation is “1 star”, that’s all you’re getting from me.

En general recepción, trabajadores muy bien super amables, pero les hace falta renovar los sitios comunes algo dejado ! tema interior de la casa muebles algo viejo, ventanas, etc las amacas les falta renovar muchísimo

Todo perfecto. Limpieza genial, apartamiento genial, instalaciones genial y encima por 5€ por persona puedes desayunar allí. Estupendo y el trato de los empleados de 10

Absolutely amazing week here with my partner, super accommodating property! Comfy beds, amazing central location making 20 minutes the furthest you'll have to walk to anything! And the pool was absolutely amazing!

Estuvimos ahí casi una semana en el alojamiento El apartamento se nota que es bastante antiguo, necesita alguna mejora. De limpieza más o menos, colcha de la cama, mesas de noche y cabecero con manchas. Es ideal para los que vamos a estar la mayor parte de la estancia fuera de ahí.

Buenas Estimados creo que el Complejo necesita una Renovacion para estar al Nivel del Sector Turistico. Son Bungalows antiguos y entiendo que una parte es Residencial.

El hotel está bastante bien en general, El.unico detalle es que le falta mantenimiento a las habitaciones y una actualización

The apartment was dated but reasonably well maintained and very clean. When I arrived it was like entering a well built and well equipped apartment in 1980! The kitchen fittings, bedroom wardrobes and bathroom fittings appeared to be original, right down to the 3/4 bath and of course the bidet!

Ok place good size rooms, close to town centre in Caleta. BUT the pictures are out of date, no shop area, a bar that closes at 3.30pm, and if you are not into aeroplanes, the hotel is right below the flight path to the airport a mile or so away so can be very noisy

Nicht gut ! Nicht zu empfehlen !

Siamo arrivati e tutto intorno alla struttura stanno trapanando e rifacendo la qualunque (ma non è di certo colpa della struttura in questione). Arriviamo, ci viene assegnata la stanza, entriamo ed avvertiamo fin da subito un odore terribile di chiuso e sporco. Sul tavolo non era possibile poggiarci nulla, era appiccicoso e lasciava le mani nere al passaggio, idem per le “sedie” Arriva il bello perché iniziano a saltare fuori blatte (loro che chiamano cucarachas) da ogni foro, lampada, scarico e finestra. Il giorno dopo, tornati da un escursione, andiamo a parlare alla reception della situazione a dir poco imbarazzante e ci viene proposto un cambio camera (che abbiamo prima visionato per poi constatare che era meglio tenerci la nostra visto che avevamo comprato i detersivi e l avevamo già pulita da cima a fondo). Chiediamo comunque una pulizia da parte della struttura per il giorno seguente ed accettano la richiesta.. rullo di tamburi… non è mai venuto nessuno a fare NULLA. Il “villaggio” cade a pezzi, piscina e lettini vergognosi. Siamo ragazzi e ci piace anche adattarci ma questo è stato veramente troppo. State alla larga.

Fue mas grato de lo que nos esperabamos, muy limpia la habitación, la piscina un 9, las instalaciones en general les falta un poco de mantenimiento, un poco mas de cuidados...volveria a alojarme seguro

Éramos 4. Vasos de cristal solo 3. El sofá demasiado viejo, ya incómodo. Aún así un buen lugar como punto de partida para conocer la isla y regresar a dormir. Cumple su función perfectamente. Precio muy ajustado, ese es su fuerte. Limpio, tranquilo.

Nice complex, its a little tired looking but it was clean, the little bungalows are great, spacious, clean and comfortable. We didn't have the breakfast so i can't comment on that. The pool is great, freezing but great. We were there the end of march so the pool might feel a bit warmer in the summer months. Its close to the center, takes about 10 mins to walk to the main center and a beautiful beach. If you turn left you're about 4 minute walk to a few great bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again. We paid €17 to have a late checkout at 4pm. Great base

Used the bungalow as a base to tour the island on a motorbike. Friendly and professional staff. Proximity to the airport meant that a taxi costs less than €20, worth bearing in mind as taxis are expensive. The bungalow itself, curiously has both a front and rear door enabling a good flow of air and alternate places to sit during the day. Whilst aspects of the interior were undoubtably tired, such as the kitchen units and bathroom fittings, the interior paint was in good condition and the bungalow was cleaned regularly to a high standard by the domestic staff, limited cooking utensils are available, so easy notes is the order of the day. Swimming pool is huge, quality of the water was very good and disinfected with salt instead of chlorine. There are also some excellent, reasonably priced restaurants and supermarkets within a short walking distance from the development. Unfortunately, there is a considerable amount of work taking place to the front of the complex to improve the roads and drainage which necessities having to (in my case) ride around the block to get back into the car park, a minor inconvenience. Lastly, perfect location for those who ‘spot planes’ because the complex is on the flight path of landing aircraft. On balance, more positives than negatives, worked fir me.

Nuestra estancia ha sido buena y elntrato del.personal tambien pero las instalaciones necesitan necesitan una reforma en general pero seguro que volveremos .

Cuando llegamos no se podía cerrar la habitación. La puerta principal no cerraba directamente y la salida al jardín tenia una cerradura que se salia
