部屋はとてもきれいで使いやすかったです。少しシャワーの調子が悪い時があったので、そこだけ改善点です。

大変よかったが、電気ポット、コーヒーカップ、コーヒー、紅茶が欲しかった。さらに、石鹸が欲しかった。 その他は、部屋は広く、大変快適であった。交通の便も良かった。また、レストランにも近く、地理的には最高である。

A bit basic for me, no tea and coffee facilities in room. Not the end of the world as I only stayed one night.

Inget vatten på rummet, har bott på många hotell billiga som dyra och i 90% har där stått en flaska gratis vatten vid ankomst. Ett trött hotell som behöver moderniseras 2 hissar till 9 våningar Två kaffemaskiner till frukosten varav en i sönder.

Das Personal hat ohne Kosten ein neues Zimmer gegeben, welches ein grosses Bett hatte statt wie bisher zwei Einzelmatratzen. Das Zimmer ist sauber aber man sieht, dass das Hotel eher älter ist, es hat diverse Mängel, die aber nicht schlimm sind. Das Hotel liegt an einer super Lage, gleich neben dem Tram (für an den Strand), gleich neben der Bushaltestelle, wenn man mit dem Shuttle vom Flughafen kommt und auch alle tollen Restaurants und Geschäfte sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Für an die Promenade muss man auch nicht lange gehen. Sehr zufrieden!! Das Einzige ist der Preis. Das Hotel hat maximal 3 Sterne und dafür ist der Preis eher teurer aber Alicante ist abgesehen vom Essen auch eher eine teurere Stadt, daher kann man die Unterkunftskosten verstehen.

Hotellet va jätte fint, rummet var mindre än på bilderna. Sängen var ganska hård & kuddarna lika så. Sen läste vi att det skulle vara ljudisolerat? De var det inte. Det var som att ha ett fönster öppet. Så lyhört. Hörde folk skrika på gatorna, siriner körde förbi på natten samt bilar som drog iväg i världens fart. Blev ingen bra sömn men mysigt hotell & hjälpsam personal.

Hotel muy cómodo y con todo cerca. Hay una zona de restaurantes a una cuadra y a la vuelta del hotel un restaurante donde se come deliciosos. O de Oliver. Súper recomendado El hotel Tienen buen desayuno y los chicos d e recepción muy amables Lo único que puedo mencionar como aspecto a mejorar es que no se pueden hacer llamadas desde el hotel hacia afuera del hotel. Ni siquiera en la misma ciudad. Para los que solo tenemos datos en el celular es un poco molesto tener que ir a una cabina telefónica a realizar alguna a llamada. Aunque sea local

The rooms seem dark and flat pack furniture seems to be failing at the joints , it was a dreary worn out room with service cut back so much the place lacked atmosphere. I would not stay there again

Las habitaciones tienen fugas. Ruido audible de la calle. La recepción no accedió a intercambiar páginas o cambiar a un piso más alto.

Det tog alldeles för lång tid att checka in samt att vi och våra kompisar betalade lika mkt för rummen men vi fick varken vatten eller hygienartiklar på vårt rum.

Staff was very nice and check-in was quick. They let us move into our room extra early. AC was nice and cold, bathroom clean, fridge was cold, nothing was broken. Location was right in front of central market and next to Metro. Overall amazing experience. Would book here again.

It has no parking and no real amenities- a small gym and bar/cafe in the lobby, open for only a few hours an evening with plastic chairs - not used by anyone in the 7 days we were there. Very convenient for restaurants and bars/cafes in the area. All the staff were lovely, so polite and helpful. The room was spotless.

Very helpful staff. Nice attitude. Good location. There is a possibility after the check out to have a shower by the gym and they also have towels for you. Good beds, aircon, WiFi. Close to the Mercado, Airport bus just in front of the hotel.

Location was excellent. A short walk from the coast and even closer to the main restaurants and bars, yet just about far enough to not be disturbed. Room is of an ok size given the inner city location and shower is very good. A little noisy at night from the traffic, even on the 8th floor and would be nice if they refilled the glass water bottles they give you when they clean the room but they do refill if you request. TV is really big but doesn’t connect to the internet so you can’t use any of the streaming apps. Would stay again.

Great location close to all amenities. Clean comfortable and good facilities in room.
