There is a not hotel ここをホテルと言えるのか疑問です。 まず外観の写真は全く別のもので、入り口がわからず何度も探し回った。 古い建物です。 エレベーターはグランドレベルまでなく、小さい。 部屋の掃除等は行き届いてましたが 小さな虫が何匹か出ましたし、コーヒーやお水もない。アメニティもシャンプーのみです。 入り口に近い部屋だったので、フロントの人の声が部屋までひびいてきたりと、 立地は良いが、この値段は高いなと思いました。

This is not a hotel because doesn't have the hotel accommodations. I don't recommend for elderly or families because it's a little bit tricky to get into your room. Also, the rooms are very small, isn't for big people, bathrooms are smalls. The cleaning is good.

There was this unpleasant sewage like odor in the hotel and in my room that I couldn’t wait to leave Barcelona. Also the fact that half of my stay the elevator wasn’t working and going up those flight of stairs was not easy.

I’d like to preface this review by saying that this booking was not our first choice and we only stayed here because our original listing canceled on us same day. However, it doesn’t change the fact we had a terrible experience here. When we arrived the proprietor acted like we were doing him a favor by staying there, didn’t make eye contact while speaking with me, and was very dismissive. The room was a shambles. Dirty, paint peeling, etc. The location was good as it was a block from the metro station and a gothic quarter. Near the end of our stay here, during one the housekeeping visits, someone splashed bleach onto my daughter’s dress and ruined it. I called the manager immediately and he said he would come look at it and never did. My wife also called him on the call box and he told her the same thing. It was a €20 dress and that’s all we were asking to be reimbursed. We never saw him again and I messaged him several times and he keeps asking me for my credit number to put the money back on the card. I honestly don’t feel comfortable giving that information out to him. So if anyone reads this don’t give these people your business if you can stay anywhere else.

The rooms vas very small but clean. The hotel is in good location.

Ótima localização, hotel prático e eficiente

Ficamos 1 noite. A localização é excelente, custo benefício ótimo . Cama e banheiro bons. O check in era as 14 hs mas nos liberaram as 12:15. Foi importante pois estávamos exaustos. No entanto , há 1 lance de 1 andar para subir com as malas e só depois vc encontra o elevador que está com problemas.

Practical, clean room, nothing for old people, no hotel no breakfast. But like every other accommodations they are misusing the demand. For 200 tit would be a 5*, for 300 a * for 350 a 3* and for 400 only 2*

The property was good, check-in was a little confusing, since there was no one in the reception and it was done through a camera and the guy told us the code to our room there, and it could be heard by anyone. The receptionist was somehow a little unpolite. The room was clean and it had AC.

I'm glad I read the reviews regarding the difficulty in finding the place as there is not a visible check-in desk from the front entrance. Yes, the elevator is small but not an issue for us. Two people at a time with luggage. If using the elevator, push the #3 button and take the elevator up. Step out of the elevator, go right and you will see the door with a sign and button on the wall. Push the button and the nice staff member will let you in. We really enjoyed staying at Fontanella by BCN URBAN ROOMS. The staff was very friendly and our room was available upon arrival. The room was clean with very comfortable beds. We wanted to stay in a hotel that was walking distance to everything we needed and this was perfect. Lively and lovely city of Barcelona. Thank you!

No es un hotel como tal, es un edificio y solo un piso son habitaciones. Un poco escondido pero lo encontramos. El personal solo te da el acceso y los códigos para que entrar al edificio y a las habitaciones pero no los vuelves a ver. Solo estuve una noche, pero la habitación estaba limpia y parecía segura. Lo mejor es que esta en el centro de Barcelona y puedes moverte fácilmente.
