Apartments are spacious, clean, and well equipped. Unfortunately there is no heat in the cold winter evenings so we were cold at night. The pool area was nice with entertainment during the day - I really enjoyed the saxophone player. The pool is not heated. The food from the pool bar was good. The hotel is in a good location. A couple of minutes down the hill to the main strip and beach and a couple of minutes up the hill to the bus stop to go to Arrecife or the airport. There is a supermarket next door which is really handy.

Huone ihan hyvä. Hotellialue ihan kiva. Rauhallinen. Market lähellä ja ei kovin pitkä matka rantakadulle. Nousua kuitenkin on. Hotellissa vaikutti olevan jotenkin iloton ilmapiiri niin henkilökunnan kuin vieraidenkin parissa.

Apartments are spacious, clean, and well equipped. Unfortunately there is no heat in the cold winter evenings so we were cold at night. The pool area was nice with entertainment during the day - I really enjoyed the saxophone player. The pool is not heated. The food from the pool bar was good. The hotel is in a good location. A couple of minutes down the hill to the main strip and beach and a couple of minutes up the hill to the bus stop to go to Arrecife or the airport. My parents really enjoy their stay each time we book Cinco Plaza for them, they had a large apartment with two balconies, the apartment was spotless, the staff are really friendly, beautiful sea view, they are booked again to stay in February

The hotel condition was ok over all, the appartment they gave us had the worst location, even we asked by email to have an appartment near the pool, and without stairs, because we have a 3 years old baby. The réception employees are not friendly, and don’t answer the guests requests.

Pool area could be cleaner , dirty and smelly on a couple of occasions, walkways could be cleaned also . Rooms clean, beds in my room comfortable, bedsheets clean.

Have stayed in better hotels. Hotel is average - good location and clean enough. However biggest let down is staff - unhelpful and unapproachable. Apart from entertainment staff that we couldn’t fault! They were great. However reception and bar staff left a lot to be desired. Also had a problem with cockroaches.
Lastly - only hotel I’ve ever stayed in on the island in 20+ years that I’ve had to set my alarm to get a sunbed! Good and bad points - depends on your compromise!
