Clean facilities throughout the hotel.

The hotel condition was ok over all, the appartment they gave us had the worst location, even we asked by email to have an appartment near the pool, and without stairs, because we have a 3 years old baby. The réception employees are not friendly, and don’t answer the guests requests.

Pool area could be cleaner , dirty and smelly on a couple of occasions, walkways could be cleaned also . Rooms clean, beds in my room comfortable, bedsheets clean.

Beautiful complex with polite staff. Very clean and apartment's have everything you need, even down to washing up liquid and a bottle of water in the fridge

Have stayed in better hotels. Hotel is average - good location and clean enough. However biggest let down is staff - unhelpful and unapproachable. Apart from entertainment staff that we couldn’t fault! They were great. However reception and bar staff left a lot to be desired. Also had a problem with cockroaches. Lastly - only hotel I’ve ever stayed in on the island in 20+ years that I’ve had to set my alarm to get a sunbed! Good and bad points - depends on your compromise!

Great room with a kitchen area. Bed comfortable. Everything you need and super clean!

Single biggest negative about this hotel is the pool and sun loungers. People put towels out at night time for the next day to book sun loungers and the hotel don't enforce this. You can come to the pool at 10 am and every single sun loungers will have a towel on it yet there will only be about 15 people actually at the poolside. Everyone else has left their towel on and left. It's very annoying and the hotel or the life guards don't do anything about it.

Great location & well kept. Tiled in pool need to be fixed/replaced. Huge restaurant but don’t seem to want people to use it- no signs with opening times, menus etc- such a pity.

Séjour très agréable. Le personnel était sympathique, toujours prêt à aider. Nous avions eu un problème avec les toilettes et le personnel est intervenu aussitôt. Merci beaucoup pour votre professionnalisme. Le seul problème est qu'il était quasiment impossible d'avoir des chaises longues près de la grande piscine, car la majorité des gens réservaient les chaises avec leur serviette de bon matin. Dommage !!

Overall very good Not a great location Pool and appartments over due a refit

Third time we’ve stayed here, won’t be back. Check in time is not at 3 and rooms still being cleaned at 3.45. Not good enough. Had requested a specific block as stayed before. Eventually had to accept third room as receptionist was getting angry. Location of room was awful, looking to public toilet. Rooms are comfortable but won’t be back. Room location here is important as some are awful

Fabulous apartments! Cleanest one we’ve stayed in over the years! The free bottle of water was a lovely touch, and the iron, nespresso machine were unexpected too!! We were given the soap and sponges to wash up our dishes with which was great as we were only there for a few nights. We had a front area and rear garden almost, with 2 sunbeds, a parasol and an egg chair. The room was so spacious and the air con was fab. The pool was heated which was great & helping yourselves to sunbeds was ideal too! Can get busy by the pool with people reserving sunbeds but this wasn’t too much of an issue for us. Staff were very friendly, location was fabulous. Half way up the hill but not a long walk, and if you go the back streets the incline isn’t noticeable. Didn’t try the food but heard it was lovely. Overall 10/10, fabulous place to stay and will be returning.

1 bed apartment. Extremely clean, a 2 ring hob, microwave, kettle, toaster &coffee machine. Hairdryer in the bathroom, supplied with toilet roll and washing up liquid. The aofa bed in the living not very comfortable and could probably do with an upgrade to an actual fold out double bed these are single. The 2 single beds in the bedroom not a double which would be nice. There are not the comfiest but the are ok. Wee stayed for 9 nights and bedding changed twice. Towels changed changed rver other day. The staff are very nice , extremely helpful. The cleaning staff work very hard and do a great job. They give your room a once over every other day. Plenty of sunbeds and great pools. 1 large pool, 1 small pool and a childrens water play area. The restaurant and bar serve good food and are very resonable. They are slowly revamping the whole complex which is not easy when its always busy but they atr trying.

Bit disappointed we could not have late check out. However they had shower room and luggage room. Overall was clean and staff friendly especially the cleaning staff .
