Kamers tip top in orde. Goede bedden en heerlijke douche

Buchung konnte nicht gefunden werden. Dann wurde mir ein nicht aufgeräumtes Zimmer gegeben. Dann wollte man mir ein Mittagessen verwehren dass aber in meinem all inclusive enthalten war. Ich warne vor diesem Hotel

Godt hotel med god morgenmad og fin aftensmad. Ligger midt i “Tysker” Arenal. Eneste kritikpunkt herfra er at håndklæderne blev skiftet hver dag. Det er ikke særlig miljørigtigt, og overhovedet ikke nødvendigt.

On a positive note first we were happy with the room, house keeping, bar area and the bar staff. On a negative note, we weren’t impressed with the food or the waiting staff. The food hardly warm and the quality of the ingredients was a lot to be desired on certain items. The crockery and glass ware not up to a clean standard. Waiting staff were busy but we were disappointed not to be offered a drink with our meal even though we tried to attract their attention. This also happened at breakfast time so we did not have a hot drink. Everyone else seemed to be offered. To be woken at 4am on two occasions by people returning to their rooms, shouting and singing and banging around etc not acceptable, this lasted for between 45 and 60 minutes. All in all a disappointing experience. We were happy enough with the location etc but with the negatives we would not choose to return as we left disappointed.

Rent, snyggt och prydligt. Inget att klaga på. Trevlig personal, fint städat på rummet förutom en dag (annan städerska dvs personnumret). Saknade dricksglas på rummet utöver tandborstglasen och någon form av skål så man kan sitta på balkongen och ta ett glas med lite snacks till. Ibland fick vi påfyllning med vatten på rummet och ibland inte. Bra frukostbuffé, saknade nötter och frön till yoghurten - mer sockerfria alternativ borde finnas. Överlag trevligt hotell.

Das Servicepersonal wirkte leider oft lustlos. Essen nichts qualitativ kein Highlight, aufgrund des Budgets teilweise nicht frisch. Geschirr teilweise dreckig/fleckig. Lage war hingegen top und auch die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren nett. Würden wieder buchen, allerdings das Abendessen weglassen.

Bon hôtel si tu es proche de la plage, donc pratique. Le seul hic auquel je n’avais pas forcément fait attention au moment de ma réservation. Les doubles ne sont pas des doubles, mais deux lits simples, collées, pas très pratique et confortable. Au niveau de la restauration j’ai choisi la formule tout inclus et je ne regrette pas les plats variés en fonction des soirs, même si certains produits étaient là en continu, ça ne m’a pas dérangé. Par contre il faudrait peut-être voir le système de service des boissons car à chaque page, j’attendais au moins 10 ou 20 minutes avant qu’on vienne me demander ce que je voulais boire. Les chambres sont malheureusement pas très bien insonorisé, on entend les portes qui claquent la nuit des autres personnes de l’hôtel qui rentrent tard. Je recommande cependant, car grande piscine il y a souvent des transats.

Rummet låg nära hissen och stora trappen och var otroligt lyhört. Vaknade 10-tal gånger ända tills på morgonen, tyskar igång dygnet runt. Poolen skulle öppna 10, vilket är sent. Poolområdet öppnades upp men dröjde ytterligare ca 15min innan själva poolen öppnades och badhanddukarna kom.

War ok! Die Zimmer müssten mal wieder etwas Farbe bekommen! Ansonsten ist die Lage sehr gut am Ballermann und das Personal ist freundlich! Preis/Leistung top

Die Toilette im Einzelzimmer ist sehr eng. Kräftigere Personen passen dort nicht drauf, weil die Nische sehr eng ist.

I’d rate this more as a 3-star than a 4-star hotel. Check in: The man on reception when we arrived was really nice and welcoming, no issues there. Don’t know his name but he was bald (sorry). Check out: Completely different story. There were three people on reception – a middle-aged brunette man, an older man sitting down, and an older woman – and they were honestly so rude. They tried to charge us an extra £1000, saying we hadn’t paid, even though we had the receipt right in front of them. Instead of even checking properly, the brunette guy and woman just kept repeating, “we wouldn’t have the bill if you’d already paid.” We had to message Expedia (who we booked through), and when Expedia called the hotel, the older guy answered and actually said, “I don’t know why the hell they’re calling you.” In the end, it turned out we were right and we had paid, but there were no apologies at all. They also tried to charge us for soft drinks during meals, even though we were all-inclusive. Again, once we pointed it out, they took it off, but still no apology. Other cons: Bed was really uncomfortable, food very repetitive, gym wasn’t great, and the pool was tiny. Pros: Room was clean, nice view, short 10 min walk to the beach. Most of the staff throughout our stay were actually really lovely – it was just the reception team on check-out that left a bad taste. Overall, I wouldn’t call this a 4-star experience and wouldn’t return.

Ich habe im Group Hotel Orient in Palma de Mallorca übernachtet. Insgesamt war es ein sehr sauberes Hotel mit einem wirklich ausgezeichneten Service – das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch meinen Freunden hat ihr großes Zimmer sehr gut gefallen. Leider muss ich als Rollstuhlfahrer sagen, dass mein Zimmer nicht barrierefrei war. Es war deutlich kleiner, es fehlte ein Duschstuhl und Haltegriffe im Bad, und der Balkon war für mich nicht nutzbar – zu eng und mit einem Absatz, den ich nicht überwinden konnte. Das ist schade, da das Hotel ansonsten einen sehr guten Eindruck gemacht hat. Für Reisende ohne Mobilitätseinschränkungen ist es sicher ein Top-Hotel, aber wer auf Barrierefreiheit angewiesen ist, sollte sich vorher genau informieren oder eventuell nach Alternativen schauen.

Quiet rooms, great breakfast buffet but our air condition wasn’t working. This is innacceptable in a place where you have 33 degrees every day.

Houskeeping was very annoying and came into the room several times without really knocking

Lage & Essen

Wir waren für eine Nacht dort. Großes Abendessen sowie Frühstück buffet. Die Lage ist nicht weit weg vom Zentrum, ruhig aber doch erreicht man alles schnell.

Wir haben ein Partywochenende hier verbracht. Das Hotel ist super gelegen, sauber und das Personal ist durchweg sehr freundlich. Wir hatten Halbpension und für mich hat es an nichts gefehlt.
