Staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The location was excellent. Beautiful beach and great restaurants nearby.

Direct access to the beach , which is the main reason we stay here. But the room is dated , A/C is not cooled and we feel hot in the room during summer. Price is too expensive for the room.

Good: The hotel’s location was fantastic—just a few minutes’ walk to the main centre. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made our stay feel very welcoming. Bad: While there were plenty of sunbeds in the garden area, the ones around the pool were very limited and tightly packed, meaning guests were lined up closely together with little space. Additionally, we were only given one pool towel each on arrival, and swapping for a fresh towel cost €1 per towel. For two people staying a week, that’s an extra €12, which felt unreasonable considering the overall cost of the accommodation. I’ve never had to pay for pool towels before, so this was disappointing.

2nd visit to this hotel. Centrally located, so beach, shops, restaurants and bars on the doorstep and within a 5 min walk. Check in fast and efficient. We had a standard room which was spacious, clean and modern. Comfortable bed and air con worked well. Maid service was excellent. We always found sunbeds. We preferred to sunbathe on the grassed chill out area to the side of the hotel and above the access to the beach. Although we had breakfast included, we never took up the option. In summary, an excellent hotel that is perfect for adult couples. Highly recommend and would return again. Top tip. If you love a good pizza, the restaurant directly opposite the hotel is amazing.

Great breakfast selection. Friendly and helpful staff in all areas of the hotel. Great location. Beautiful views. Comfy and large beds. Mini fridge was useful. Excellent internet access. Easy access via a gate to the stunning Cala Gran beach. Tons of restaurants easy walking distance including down to the Marina. Supermarket a stones throw away. I would highly recommend this hotel.

A lovely hotel. All staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect- right next to a beautiful beach- we went early morning because it does get busy- 5 minute walk from a large selection of restaurants, bars and shops and a 15 minute walk from the marina. Breakfast buffet selection was very good and on-site activities were varied and well run by enthusiastic staff. The pool bar serves an excellent choice of lunch options and drinks. We had a lovely stay and would very happily visit again. Thank you 😊

Vi hade det väldigt bra. Det va trevligt och fint. Enda nackdelen var att vårt rum låg under frukosten så vi vankade 0545 första morgon. Men natt två gick bra då va öronpropparna i öronen och då gick allt hur bra som helst. Jag rekommenderar detta då all personal ler och såger god morgon eller god kväll. Så trevligt bemötande. Tack för en härlig semester utan barn. Jag älskar er frukost.

The hotel has a unique location, leading straight to a lovely Cala. The staff in the hotel, especially Jose and his team in the restaurant are amazing, always polite and kind. However, the hotel is definitely lacking in terms of the basic aspects you would expect based on what you pay; the rooms could use an effort in renewal, the shower and the sink were clogged so it constantly took a while for water to pass. The television was not working properly and we had to ask two times for someone to fix it and they only fixed it on the third day. The rooms have very few amenities, just soap for the sink and the shower, and for the price paid, one would expect others like shampoo, shower cap, etc. There were some days when the room was not cleaned until past 3pm while on other they came in before 8:30. Although it's understandable that it's not yet high season, they should be prepared for receiving and catering to guests. Also, the information on hotels.com says that there is a computer room so we didn't take our laptops but when asking at reception we were told that there wasn't one. There was also a pipe draining into the terrace of our room, both water and sand. It would be important to specify that during low season they only open the main restaurant and not the other ones publicized. They also try to charge you for everything, they say you can exchange pool towels but if you want to, they charge you 1EUR. Drinks are also not included in the half-board option.

Stay was great except for the fact that there was no hot water for a shower.

We had a great time in this hotel. It was close to everything and the town was open late. The rooms were spacious and clean. Everyone was so nice and the breakfast buffet was spectacular food. I definitely will be coming back and telling people to stay here.

This was a short break prior to heading to Arenal to go sailing. I really wish i could have stayed longer. Everything was great, the staff, the room, the restaurant. Lots of choice from the buffet and the a la carte was excellent. Will definitely be returning for a longer stay
