スタッフはとても親切、丁寧に説明してくれます。部屋は清潔で快適、最低限のアメニティが付いています。朝食は種類豊富で美味しかったです。 とにかく立地最高！バス、タクシーターミナルへも徒歩5分以内です。プールは2箇所有り、おしゃれな雰囲気でした。

Pictures are not what the hotel used to be. Rooms are old and not clean anymore. Very loudy as well you can hear everything. The positive thing was that the staff was really helpful 5 stars for them!!

Great view from the rooftop pool overlooking the beach. Hotel was nice and fresh, breakfast nice, and staff helpful.

Excellent staff, very clean hotel , gym and spa pool was good. Nice roof top terrace and the hotel was in a great location. The only issue was noise between midnight and 3 am in the corridors with groups of people coming back from the bars and clubs.

First of all location is excellent. Can be a bit noisy due to Irish Bar next door. On arrival our bathroom was crawling with ants (which is expected) but lots of black long hair left on shower tiles. Housekeeping not great. They give you kettle in rooms but no tea/coffee/sugar to go with it over 4 days we stayed. Glasses (4 of them) were not changed or washed even. Entertainment was awful. The animation team leader who organised the Bingo which lasted 15 minutes as doing it from his mobile phone was clearly not interested, looked desperate for it to be over with. Lots of hen parties which was off putting when you pay a lot to stay at a 4 star. As always.... many towels left on sunbeds by 8.30am which should not be allowed. Everyone was doing this before going for breakfast. Having stayed at the H10 hotel in Lanzarote, the Casa Del Mar has no comparison I'm afraid. Too many seats at reception and leading down to pool, the space could be managed better.

Es war ein rundum schöner Urlaub, das Hotel ist sehr schön und wird jeden Tag im Pool Bereich gereinigt. Mein Zimmer war auch sehr schön mit Meerblick. Dir Straße. Drumherum auch sehr sauber, abends mit offenen Türen bisschen laut aber man kann ja auch alles zu machen. Zu Fuß bis zum Strand gerade mal 5 Minuten . Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr lecker und vielfältig. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.🙏

Zimmer schön u sauber, hätte noch genauer geputzt werden können, aber war ok. Pool groß. Rooftop bar u Pool mit top Aussicht. Abendessen würd ich nicht mehr buchen. Frühstück gut, Kaffee, bzw Cappuccino hat mir persönlich nicht geschmeckt

Gorgeous hotel. I was lucky to have a lovely room with a beautiful view of the beach. Staff were all friendly and helpful. There could be more vegetarian options at dinner and food could be better labelled. Breakfast was fab. Loads of choice and never struggled for a table.

It is very cosy hotel with swimming pool, seaside view and top roof bar, making the trip very enjoyable. The hotel room is very clean too. The breakfast is amazing.

Had a lovely stay. Staff were very lovely and helpful. The hotel looks tired in the old part and could do with a tidy up and paint. The toasters in the breakfast need replacing they don’t work.

Cannot fault the hotel and staff, they were amazing from start to finish. Will definitely be back to a H10 hotel

Lovely hotel, really enjoyed our relaxing holiday, right on the beach, plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance will look forward to a return visit.

Hotel super et luxueux.mais notre chambre en particulier la salle de bain ont besoin d un gros rafraîchissement
